Yes, these are a good source of vitamin D
I always take these . I always reorder them.I never had problem with my Vitamin D until I move to Montana where there isn't enough sun and I came from a state that got more than enough sun.

You will laugh to know this supplement is so well loved by the American Chinese community buys it up in multiples to send to aged relatives in mainland China, who do not have access to this supplement. Supplement has disappeared from all suppliers in northern California so Amazon is the Go To. Highly recommend this supplement. Has an international fan base.

High amount of CALCIUM
I was happy to find a Calcium product with a high amount of Calcium and vitamin D3. I was not able to find this in the stores. The product does make you burp up the taste if you take it on an empty stomach. If you eat some breakfast first then there are no issues. The pills are big. Not my favorite part. I wish they were smaller, however, a lot of other brands are as well. The product seems to be priced correctly for what you are getting. I would buy it again.

I am taking these (along with other supplements) 4 bone density health. The fact that they contain BOTH calcium and D3 makes it alot easier. They r odorless, no stomach problems, superb quality, little large, but I have no problem swallowing them!!
