It’s solid, has a good weight, and feels just like the original. It connects very easily to the Switch. I also use it on my Steam Deck. No lag. Works perfectly. I play not only the NSO SNES app but many other “old school” rereleases such as The Castlevania collection and Mortal Kombat Legacy Collection. My only gripe is that it doesn’t have a home button and cannot be remapped on the Switch settings itself but if a specific game has remapping in the options, it can do that. It can also be remapped on Batocera on the Steam Deck very easily. Bite the bullet and get one on desertcart because I don’t think it will ever not be sold out on Nintendo’s Eshop. I like having it cordless and the charge lasts quite a while. This plus the Nintendo pack for SNES will definitely bring back some memories for the 90's babies! I want to get more of these amazing controllers and I highly recommend it.

1990's vibe!

No need for 8bitdo pro!
I'll never pay $100+ for a controller again... However, after debating between this & the 8bitdo Pro (after a good bit of research between both), I've chosen the original controller to stand on top. Besides... I have a Pro controller already.. so i didn't see a reason to get the 8bit pro..🤷🏾♂️ It feels amazing in hand, has little extra features to it that only you can get with this controller, plays 2D games great (besides those that require ZL & ZR fairly).
