This chair is just about worth what I paid for it. Once assembled its sturdy and comfortable. Having read the reviews I was prepared for trouble when trying to fit the final piece, the back. And I wasn't wrong. But I came up with a genius idea which I'd like to share - I soaked the back piece in a bath of hot water for a few minutes which made it very soft and pliable and it quickly and easily clicked into position.

Bought this as a replacement for our ratan garden set. Not keter as advertised, which was annoying. Decided to give it a chance as it was a decent bargain price. Very fiddly to put together and too hard to sit on for me. Wont buy another

I did not know that the product would arrive in so many pieces and that I would have to build it myself. The 'instruction' leaflet was worse than useless and, not having a degree in engineering, I was unable to assemble the chair. I will probably have to write off this purchase and dispose of the myriad pieces I appear to have bought at my local tip.

bought 2 of these chairs and they assembled well until the last piece which is the back and it failed to fit in on BOTH chairs even though I was extra careful with the second one after the first. have emailed supplier several times but the only response I get is that I need to disassemble them but it will probably damage them.very disappointed.

Bought for my mum's external balcony, south facing and on the sea front. Very comfortable, easily wipeable and easy to assembly. Delighted with it and well worth the money good quality too!

Love these chairs as bought two but slight design fault in the right front leg (both chairs same side so must be an issue ) as the bolt will only screw in halfway . It seems sturdy enough but took longer to build due to this.

love my new chairs , very comfortable , my son built them up in a couple of hours , I don't need to worry if they get wet as they are plastic , they are good quality , look good, look expensive , I also bought some nice waterproof colourful cushions. pink and purple to put on them just to make them look even nicer , they add colour to my garden ; Im pretty fussy so they must be good ,

These chairs are nice. They are not rattan but a plastic version but good quality. Not easy to make. Ordered 4 in same delivery and got 1 and then 3. Excessive packaging, they could have been assembled in the size of the box that arrived.
