Tolerances not as tight as expected
When I opened the box, I found a damaged piece in the middle of the box ( which I was able to repair myself) . Nothing else around it was damaged, indicating to me that it was knowingly packaged that way.Anyway everything else went fine, overall it looks ok and the electronic heather works well. Overall we like it.

Overpriced for poor quality & damaged.
Arrived on time in 2 shipments. The boxes arrived completelt rippedmopen and damaged. The firebox wlrks nicely. Best feature is the Alexa compatibiloty. The actual frame/stand is very cheap. Mlre.like.larticle board. The marble frontis a vaneer stuck on front wjich looks badnin person with gaps at the joints. Some of tje frame was damaged. The price does nlt reflect the qualkty of the lroduct. More like a $200-$300 itemnonce assembled. Highly disappointed and figjring oit how to return the huge item.

The SEI Alexa function is a complete malfunction. The SEI network does not come up..
It looks beautiful. But I purchased this unit hoping to use Alexa to operate it. The SEI network DOES NOT work. So I am not able to use Alexa. I tried everything with the help center to reboot, but to no avail. So I’m not happy with this product.
