Software not included, and expect to lose lots of money if anything isn't working right!
The unit didn't function, giving us a printing rebon error. After a couple of hours of reading and watching videos we decided to reach out to the manufacturer, who advised us to either return the whole printer (with a possibility to lose 50% off its value, as detailed in their listing) or buy a replacement printer cartridge! We bought the cartridge, which solved the problem. We had to pay out of our pocket to replace their defective out of the box cartridge! Also, only a demo software was included, you'll need to buy a seperate license for the full software virsion, which you can't use the device without. I would have forgiven the initial issue of the cartridge if the manufacturer stood behind their product, it's unacceptable to have a defective part and have to pay out of pocket to get the product going. One start is taken off for how they've handled that situation, a star off for making us pay for the defective cartridge, another star off for the second $100 we had to pay for the software, and the forth star off for this aweful experience and the days wasted before we were able to get it to work, and the remaining one star is for how good the product worked after those 2 issues were resolved. This could have easily been a 5 star review if they stood behind their product and showed a bit more appreciation to a customer buying it

Not a Zebra Reseller
DONT BUY FROM HERE! Issues feeding and printing, sent it to Zebra for repair and they sent me pictures of a bunch of internal damages over $330 in repair on a printer I used less than 20 times. Their parent company Plasco is a Zebra reseller but "ID Zone" is NOT so Zebra is pointing fingers at me saying I got it from a non authorized reseller and won't fix anything, and TrueSupport is saying its outside of their DOA policy and won't fix it either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Good luck with this printer. The ribbons do not appear to be available in Canada. I have talked to Zebra US who put me in touch with reselling partners in Canada. Ribbons are not available. We only ran it for as long as the ribbon that came with it lasted. $2100.00 down the drain. Edit. I found the ribbons in the United States. Fortunately, I was not charged duty. This is still a pain. A printer sold in Canada should have consumables available in Canada.
