Hands down worth every penny. The light is beyond bright for a light this size, and each mode starts at 50%, which you can change by the wheel on the side. It comes with the soft gel, a charging cord, a cool caring case with a clip to hold on to your camera bag. The thing last for ever, i have used it almost every day and have had it for a month and still have not had to charge it, i am about 25% left off the original charge out of the box. Great for streaming key light or background ambient light. Multiple different mods including FX which you can have Fireworks, fire place, cop car, lightning, and more. As well as a Blue Tooth mode, but i have not played with that so far, i set my mode or color and leave it for the shoot but having a BT remote on your phone can come in handy.

Hey all. I got two of these after watching reviews on Youtuve about how good of a steal they are. Best bang for your buck. I was very excited to open these up and I was not disappointed as I got the light, 2 adhesive stickers for walls, charger, diffuser, and a freaking case. Then this bad boy can be used via bluetooth and your phone. So very versatile. So very affordable, so VERY good. Also, I got mine earlier than expected. I did get a refund for my order the first time around, but that was my bad, not customer support. They emailed me about if I wanted to cancel it or get it earlier. Then after a conversation I got it again and early. A definite must for anyone who wants to throw in neato accents, fills, or rim light in their videos.

What a great little light. Love that you can go between warm/cool but also colors. Easy to attach to tripod or even use with the built in magnets. Very bright but dimmable with a wheel on the side. Even has some built-in FX modes (fireworks, cop car, fire, tv, etc). Haven’t tried the Bluetooth feature yet but everything else is totally worth the money.

Awesome, little, magnetic, easy to use, covers the basic as a small product light, on camera eye light, or practical lighting for in a scene. What makes it amazing though, is the app! This little guy is super useful in almost any project once you get the hang of the app and start thinking outside of what you can light vs how you light it! On top of that, Pergear supplied mine through amazon and they offer an extended warranty to sweeten the deal and give you a little extra peace of mind :)

Really cool features & size, I love this trend of pocket RGB LED lights. Well built, easy to use & control, & the included presets are useful albeit not perfect, I would have programmed them a bit differently myself. The biggest downside is that this light is not that bright - perhaps my expectations should have been better aligned, but under most lighting conditions outside of darkness, this light will not provide anything more than the tiniest bit of accent light. So adjust your expectations accordingly or plan to buy more than one.

I used it on a production that filmed at night and this little guy punched above its weight. Impressive amount of light output. Doesn't seem to suffer from "LED color temperature" problems. Obviously it isn't going to match thousands of dollars of lighting equipment or a full studio setup, but it is excellent for what it is at a very good price. The color hue stuff is interesting, I haven't had much use for it but the colors are pretty bright and don't seem washed out. Again, limited experience with those. The effects seem like a gimmick, but having them doesn't take away from anything else.

I bought a Lume cube first before I found out about this. The MC is miles better for a few dollars more. Awesome features and very versatile. The iOS version of the app works much better than android. Fortunately, I have both, so I'm fine in that department. I eventually got a second MC and it's awesome to control both remotely with the app. I'll definitely get more Aputure products in the future

Honestly for the cost of these guys and being able to create individual profiles of grouped lighting, I cannot think of a better setup. No, the battery life isn’t above 90 minutes, but being able to keep them on charge via USB-C makes them an easy addition. To be honest, whether you use one or 10, it is truly a great value. I love that they are magnetic and can adhere to many objects without a mount. Sort of a “go to” when you need adjustable lighting from the app. If there is one negative about my purchase, it would be that I didn’t pickup more than two of them. Very nice design Aputure!

This is a small but very powerful light. I actually bought two after trying the first one. The compactness is ideal for product shots but if you are in a bind and need some light you can pull this out and generate a fair amount of light. The light comes with a rubber/silicone diffuser which stays on very well and offers a very pleasing soft light. Even with the diffuser the light is very bright. Of course the ability to cycle from warm to cool light is impressive but the light also has some unique effects like lightening, fire, tv and police ambulance lights. BUT the standout feature is the app which allows you to control one or more lights. The SIDUS app is pretty impressive . It is ideal when you put the light out of reach and need to adjust lighting parameters. Nothing to not like about this light ... easy to charge, great case to carry the light and accessories in, solid build quality, accurate light, and a very strong magnetic base allows for easy attachment to surfaces.

You've probably seen a bunch of YouTube reviews for this already. But this is a fantastic light. I use it in my backdrop for video, to create some ambience. But it has a bottom magnet and a great diffuser. I find myself even using it as a bedside lamp due to it being dimmable and I can set it to a nice colour.
