Interesting substance! I used root in a tea to successfully enhance my dream on a number of occasions. Dreams were more vivid, feeling incredibly lifelike. Silene Capensis increases the chances of lucid dreaming, providing those who do an experience that is more gripping and realistic than normal dreams.Millage my very, but this is a substance I will order again. I only wish there was more research on the chemical makeup; from the little research I've found it does certainly seem to be safe, but I'll be ever curios as to how it works!

Had no change in dream vividness. Disappointed.
