As soon as I plugged the LED strip into power, the provided remote was able to immediately control it, no additional configuring needed. The strip has adhesive backing, for easy installation. You can cut at certain intervals to make it fit wherever you're wanting to put it. I've been using mine as a backlight for my TV. Others have asked if it's a "smart" device, and it is not; which I consider a good thing. I did plug this into a "smart" outlet and I'm able to turn the strip on or off by voice control. And it remembers the previous light setting it was on.I highly recommend, especially at this price point.

These lights are awesome! The colors look great, and the preset options on the remote work fine for anything I would need it for. The remote is easy to use and the options are self-explanatory. I purchased this for use behind my couch in a theater room. I haven't added any additional strips, but it adds great ambient lighting. These are a great deal for the price.

My son absolutely loved these. He has his room lined with LED strips. He has 4 strips now total, and these quickly became his favorite. He loves how these stick. They are the brightest ones he has so he ran them around the base of his bed just above the drawers. The one strip illuminated the whole room!! This one is brighter than the other 3 combined. He is constantlyusing the remote to change the colors to match his mood. The remote does need line of sight - which he didn't realize it was at the base of the lights, not in the plug! 😅 Wonderful product.We have several teckin products and they have always hit the mark. This is definitely another win.

I have them in my computers, mouse pad, and other things, so I just had to give these a try (read all the great reviews here). Firstly, these things are bright just the way I like them. The 3M adhesive works fine but you should clean the surface you want to stick it to before applying the lights (glad I did... was very dirty). It's been a couple days and it hasn't fallen off - some other products I tried wouldn't hold for very long.The controls are great. Has several options for colors, and speed options will let you speed up or slow down the light animations.The colors are very relaxing and seem more real than some other RGB lights I have used in the past (I'm actually jealous because these are much better than the lights I paid more than $50 for to put in my computer).After running the lights for a few hours straight I did the heat test and put my hand on the lights and it was just barely warm.I feel like the quality is very good and materials feel safe, and not cheap. I will definitely be buying some more of these!I'll try to come back after a few months and give an update if anything stops working, but I'm confident this product will not let me down.

I'd wanted a strip of led lights for a long time and finally decided to purchase this one.The colors are great and I use the orange setting as a nice light to unwind with after work.The strip includes 3m brand adhesive and a remote control to change the numerous color and light effects settingsThe brightness is adjustable. The led strip has 10 brightness settings.My tip is to buy a little velcro strip and attach the remote control to the wall. I'm able to keep the remote on the wall by my bed and take it down when I want to use it. Generally I've just left the remote stuck to my wall with my velcro strip.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  When I first opened the box, my husband was like, “Really babe, why waste your money?” As soon as I hung them up (we have a 75” tv) and turned the lights down and started to play with the colors, he looked at me and apologized because he thinks it’s actually awesome.I was able to go all the way and the back of the tv and am about 2.5 inches in from the edge. I actually had bought different cord holders that I used to secure it better, however the adhesive step works good that’s on it. Just make sure to clean where you plan to stick it so that there isn’t any dust.On the remote you can dim the lights or make them brighter. When you turn in one of the “party” functions you can adjust the speed by the brightness buttons.I totally want more to out them on all my TVs. Totally worth it.

No issues so far after using it sparingly during the 2 weeks I had it with me to light my bathroom mirror. I added a smart plug to control on/off.The instructions were sufficient and easy to follow, even though I believe it is not that hard to configure. Took me less than 5 min to setup.Just plug in the AC adapter, hook up to the light strip, tape it up to the area where you want to light up, remove the plastic tab on the remote, and point the remote to the receiver end to start/stop/change color/brightness/preset-sequence/speed.Light strip material feels like silicon, soft and flexible.The light strip does get slightly warm after extended use but nothing undesirable.I could think of many applications for it like kitchen under counter, holiday lighting, providing back- lighting on objects, parties, etc.Since the AC adapter transforms power to 12V DC @ 2Amps as input, it can also be easily adapted to light up a car interior.General Tips:Be sure to have a direct line of sight to the receiver end when pointing with the remote, as the IR does not work well otherwise.If you want to adjust the brightness level in a preset sequence (and you probably know you cannot, since it changes speed only), go back to the single color first, adjust it there and come back to the desired preset sequence.It remembers the last configured setting.AC adapter can be used internationally since it takes 100V to 240V.

Me gustó mucho, llegó antes de tiempo, materiales de calidad, la adhesión muy bien y el brillo es muy bueno, compraré más para llenar mi cuarto.

Las tiras tienen buena adherencia, no he tenido problema al respecto. Brillan un poco menos que otras tiras de marca, como las Phillips. No cuentan con wifi, sino que se controlan con control IR. No tiene ZigBee, ni Bluethoot, pero se pueden volver inteligentes con un enchufe inteligente. Se unen fácilmente, pero la unión no es la mejor, ya que tuve un poco de dificultad para unir una de las partes de la tira y esta hace falso contacto. PAra el precio, sin embargo, están bien.

Esta tira de led está padrísima! Cuenta con muchas opciones de colores, intensidades, y ritmos de iluminación. La adhesión de la misma es bastante buena, aunque permite retirarla si la pegaste chueca. El control es muy cómodo. Yo la coloqué alrededor de un espejo de baño y el control lo fijé a la pared de la entrada para no perderlo. El precio es súper accesible en comparación con otras marcas.

El adhesivo a mi si me funciono bien contrario a otras opiniones, el conector de la tira al eliminador se ve bien construido.. su único defecto es que alumbra muy poco, hay otras tiras más baratas y más mal construidas pero mucho más brillantes.. le doy 3 estrellas porque el brillo es esencial y fallo en ese aspecto

Funcionan súper bien.Entro perfecto en una pantalla de 70”Fácil de instalar.Los colores y el brillo están perfectos.Lo único es que el control le tienes que dar dirección cercana al punto del Led donde reacciona el control (no sé cómo se diga) pero tampoco es un problema grande.
