Fantastic knife❗️ The picture doesn’t do it justice. This is a great knife❗️
Highly reccomend. I love this knife!!! I removed the belt clip and put a bead chain on it. It disappears under my shirt. It’s also extremely light. It comes extremely sharp. I trimmed the fringe off the bottom of the lanyard and left the main square body of it. The fringe seemed to hang a little too low and could possibly be seen. However, I absoutley love this knife!!!!!It feels nice, is sharp, has a very useful blade geometry, good point for piercing and belly for slicing. It works!!!Only one complaint, I would like to see the pass-through part of the sheath that the bead chain goes through made thicker. It will eventually wear out. But that certainty isn’t a deal breaker. I love this knife!!! I’ve carried it a lot since I received it. It has been very useful as an EDC knife and it certainly would be very useful for self defense, but thankfully, I haven’t had to use it for that. But if I did, I Truely believe it would work great.I couldn’t give this knife a higher reccomendation. It is much better that I expected it to be!!!

Perfect for intended use
I can’t imagine how this system gets negative reviews. I have large hands, though not the meatiest. Even still, the thin handle presents no problem and a stable grip easily presents itself. Yes the blade can flex, but it is of no issue because it does not break and returns to straight. The sheath is what i want in a sheath: thin, simple, gives a few options for carry, and retains the knife upside-down with even when jostled during activities like running. All told in short, it is a sharp and easily concealed knife that is just as easy to use, with a sheath that allows you to carry it as you please without worry. If you ever need it to pierce or slice flesh, it will do so admirably. And it’s cheap, so just buy it already. If you’ve read this far, you clearly want it.

A great back up knife. The grip could be more solid. Thumb hole helps
This knife is slim. It is so thin my hand almost touches nothing but the sides of the handle. And the handle really isn't long enough for a solid whole hand grip. So this knife is essentially only good for a last ditch stab someone whos got you on the ground knife. It is perfect feeling in my boot, tennis shoes, or even sandles, once I cut off the tiny lanyard hole on the sheathe. The hole was wider than the rest of the sheathe.I'm not sure I'd wanna take the chance of my grip on this super thin short handled knife slipping if I tried to stab anything else with it. Though the hole in the handle right below the blade helps make grip feel much more solid if you hold the blade in such a way as to be able to put your thumb in it.The blade is so thin it bends easily. This knife gets four stars for being nearly perfect for its purpose as a last ditch hail Mary save me knife. A true back up. It loses one star cause the grip isn't so solid and because it is useless for anything else.

Good quality but not sure about the design
The quality of the steel and knife itself is good. The design however, is poor IMHO. The reason is that there really is nowhere to fully grip the knife in such a way that it doesn't move on you (no finger stop/rest of any kind). what I mean is if God forbid I had to plunge this knife into anything quickly, my hand would likely slide forward and across the blade (sharp on both sides). That would be a problem :) Otherwise, it's a nice knife that is more for show and careful usage.

Thin light strong fast easy to hide, from a quality knife company.
Awesome little knife, the best Sting yet, I also own CRKTs first Sting, which is a reproduction of A. G. Russell's custom fighting knife, the original Sting. Thin, light, strong, easy to hide, if you get a decent sheath for it, the only complaint I have, the sheath. They could of at least done a basic boot knife sheath, or the fancy excellent sheath with Sting 1. I took the belt clip off, put a beaded chain through the little hole on the end of the sheath, even nice neck knife. I am looking for another third party sheath also. This Sting gives a much more secure grip than the other one, due to the grip material being there and it's thinner. Buy one if you're even considering it, you will be pleased the first time you draw it and handle it, and every time after.

Good quality knife
Good quality knife for not very much money. I just got mine this week blade comes very sharp, and the sheath works great. Several guys at my work also bought this knife, and all like it. We have all modified the sheath a little bit, by taking the clip off and removing the 550 cord braid. We then use the 550 cord to tie to the tip of the sheath, loop it through your belt and then appendix carry the sheathed knife. When you draw the knife the sheath will pull off as it is looped to your belt. Great back up knife on duty or as an off duty carry. Overall great knife

Fell out of sheath and lost on the 3rd outing.
Great knife. While it lasted. Fell out of the sheath on my 3rd run with it. Used it as advertised safely mounted to my running vest and it came out while moving without me knowing, glad it didn’t land under my dogs paw or under mine either. Messaged the seller to respond for replacement, maybe it was a faulty sheath. Will change review if I get a replacement that might have a better sheath.

Absolutely love this knife & sheath
I had purchased the CRKT Sting 2020 awhile back, as much as I liked it's mounting options I honestly prefer the CRKT Sting 3B. I like how you can mount the clip. so the sheath can hang downwards. also really like even though the clip is meant for a belt loop, I can still IWB on sweats, shorts etc. totally prefer the weight over my Sting 2020. just wish they could fit in either sheath. but I keep my 3B on my hip & my 2020 on my ankle with the supplied straps. CRKT has become a new favorite of mine, especially how thin & concealable it is.ps I found an old knife clip that fits the bolt pattern, but at the moment the belt loop is only bolted to the top(or bottom if you prefer) which gives just enough tension to slide it over your sweats or shorts(as seen in the photos)

A double edged, light as a feather razor
An ultralight re-make of the old classic Sting. More like a double edged razor, rather than a hunk of sharpened forged steel like the old version. It carries much easier as a result, easily tucking into a pocket or used as a neck knife. The handle is grippy and durable, very solid, but also thin in the hand. The first generation Sting was a solid hunk of slippery metal, easily leading to the classic hand sliding up the blade on a hard impact. This one seems less likely to lead to such an accident, but you also wouldn't want to be cutting anything other than organic mediums. While the older Sting was the kind of blade you could chuck into a hunk of maple at a campsite, this one is as light as a feather and is definitely not a thrower by any means. As with many good production knives, the sheath leaves something to be desired. A thin Kydex version would be ideal, fortunately easily procured or made. While I was tempted to knock a star off for the clunky sheath, I'm impressed enough with the blade itself to give it five stars.

Coolest knife I have.
I like it.

light and with great ergonomics. The sheath has good retention
Sharp, light and with great ergonomics. The sheath has good retention, with barely any rattle.Only con is that it's mainly a stabbing tool, because the thumb hole/grip limits the cutting motions and angles normally used when slashing. This means that while it has a good edge on it getting to use it is a little awkward since there is no jimping and the handle is very skinny.
