I love the taste and it’s nutritious. Our family has made the switch to bamboo rice from white. I only wish it came in a bigger bag. A little pricey for a small bag.

Super tasty and easy to make. It's just lightly flavored, not a whole lot different and make for great sushi bowls if you don't like to go through all of the trouble of making sushi rice. Also great all on its own. This is now a pantry staple in my house.

Used with curry and it was like eating rice. It is just too expensive to do unless super desperate.

I've tried this rice before, and I really liked it. It tastes especially good with any kind of Asian or Indian recipe. The bamboo gives it a unique and appetizing flavor. And I like this brand because it is grown in America instead of China.

Cooks like a sticky rice and very earthy taste. Thought this would be different. Now I believe I paid too much for it.

I'm a professional chef and I had a hard time getting this to turn out. I cooked it, and I ate it but it was very gummy. It seemed that it was either under cooked or mush, there was no al dente point.

Over priced for the amount of rice, no cooking instructions or nutritional value.
