Circulon 84565 Elementum Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan / Fry Pan / Hard Anodized Skillet - 8.5 Inch, Gray

I bought my first one of these pans three+ years ago. Used it pretty much every day. When it finally started to stick a bit (again 3+ years every day) I decided it was time for a new one. Love it. And I still use the first one for sauces. Awesome product.

My old Circulon pan started showing its age so it was time to purchase a new one. Looks great, handle doesn't get hot and cleans just with water. I generally use it for eggs and use a little avocado spray.

The saucepan is a perfect size to cook a dish for one. Made scrambled eggs with it and the eggs did not stick to the pan. The pan was not too heavy and it was easy to clean.

This skillet is a replacement for an old one that was no longer nonstick. I have learned that nonstick cooking sprays mostly have propellants that leave a film on nonstick cookware that eventually destroys their nonstick properties. There are newer sprays that have no propellant that are better for nonstick cookware. Unfortunately for my skillet I learned this after many years of heavy use of these old sprays. This new skillet is marvelously nonstick. It is heavy duty and will hold up for years as long as I use only oil or nothing at all.

I am very happy with Circulan product but not with their quality controls. This frying pan I received has a flaw it has a bended spot around the edge but the package is not damaged. Last problem I had they send me a wrong item instead of flat frying pan they send me a cast iron pan.

Perfect size for the small portions of salmon, poultry or meat I make. Easy clean up! Great price.

I love Circulon pans but find they lose their non-stick qualities after a year or two of everyday use. This was a replacement for my small skillet. I use a little bit of olive oil when using this pan and everything cooks evenly and nothing sticks. A bit lighter weight than my other Circulon pans but so far I love it!

Once I found circulon I've stuck with it. Spent a lot of money looking for a good brand. Now that I found it I've stayed wit it for 20 years now and won't go outside the box.
