For galawati kabab, which masala is better? lazzat e taam or galauti kabab masala ?

Nawab's Secret Galawati Kebab Masala is a complete Masala and has the desired quantity of lazzat e Taam in it along with other spices. So if you are using Galawati kebab Masala you do not need to add lazzat E taam. The Purpose of Lazzat E Taam is to impart earthly flavor to kebabs and Nehari and it is used along with other spices .

I have ordered Lazzat e taam Potli Masala, please can you share instructions or application how to use it in avadhi dishes and is it for biryani

Thanks for purchasing. Lazzat E Taam is primarily used in Kebab , Nehari, Paya and Meat curry for imparting earthly flavor to them. Just use half to 1 tsp of Lazzat E taam for 1KG meat preparation along with other normal spices you use . It is not normally used in BIryani .

How much to use in 500 grams mutton korma?

It is not normally used in Korma. It is used in Nehari, paya and kebab. One teaspoon is sufficient for 1 kg meat.

On a food channel on youtube where the chef used this while making Awadhi biryani. Can we use this for biryani or is this only for nihari/kabab

Lazzat e Taam is never used for Awadhi Biryani..If some one does. then he is completely wrong..s. In Hyderabadi Biryani some uses Potli Ka Masala. However, Hyderabadi Potli Ka Masala is different from Lazzat E Taam and consisit of whole herbs and roots tied in a cloth. It is used while boiling rice and is discared after the usage. So, please note that Lazzat E Taam is used only in Nehari, Kebab etc and in Awadhi Biryani it is never used .
