I’ve purchased 3 of these heaters and each one has eventually stopped working between 2 to 4 months of usage. The heaters are only used a couple of hours per day to heat a small studio space. I would not recommend purchasing this heater.

Well I really liked this product for the heat, extra strong heat with humidifier. However it just stopped working, no warning, just stopped. I plugged it in everywhere. Thought maybe the outlet didn't work, nope. So unfortunately, my search resumes. Also the window for return was September 8th. Unusual?? Going to try and get in touch with the company. Wish me luck.

I was immediately impressed by the amount of heat and mist. But in less than 30 minutes, it started to leak and shut off. I then read others reviews to find that they had similar issues. Great concept: poor manufacturing of the product

Both lasted two weeks.I'd like to give more stars. It broke within two weeks of use. It was replaced but I'm not sure about how sturdy the new one will be either. The wording on the machine is also strange. To have it oscillate it says shake... I love the humidifier but it seemed to leak too. I guess you get what you pay for but it was on sale and not normally inexpensive.

I tried to return this item as it was underpowered and the humidifier was a joke.The company blew me off and refused to even acknowledge my attempt to return it.I tried again, and same result - they ignored my return request.Now it is 4 days after the "return window" and the system won't even let me try to return it.What a rip off!

Very cute little heater for my living room, it’s efficiency and quiet. Warm up the room so quick.so I do not have to turn on heater for whole house. That save a lot on my gas bill, so I am thinking about buy another one for my bed room. I surprised it also has humidifier function that make skin not feel dry during winter day. I recommend every one to try it, cus it worth the price.

This hot air blower is small and exquisite. The wind blown out is very gentle. The heat inside the room is very fast. It is very convenient to carry out. I like this mini heater. It warms my feet in the cold morning when it is not time to turn on the heater yet. There are two levels of heat to choose from, So efficient and would recommend!

Excellent heat. I give it that. Good job at humidifying as well.Problems -1. It has been consistently water from it’s humidifier.2. The front bezel is plastic and got caramelized within a week’s usage.3. And it died last week. Will not power up at all. Tried opening it.. was unsuccessful. As a result, unsure if I can return it.

not the best product. I bought one for my parents for christmas and after about 5 hours of use it just shut off and never started again. pain in the butt to return and dealing with customer service isn't awesome - lots of misunderstanding between languages. still waiting on reimbursement for return at $50 my cost, amazon covers $27 of that. I bought one for myself for a cold vaulted ceiling front office, i am afraid to use the unit for fear it will also stop working and i'll have to go through their returns / customer service hassles again. don't recommend.
