best pasta ever
The pasta is so rich with eggy goodness and silky to the taste, cooks perfectly. I served it with lamb ragu and once with a spinach pesta. Will buy again.

Impressive Pasta
When the pasta arrives it looks very thin in the box. But, when cooked the magic happens. It becomes wider and longer. A stellar presentation when serving guests. The flavor is mild and does not take away from the main course; in my case Beef Ragu. It was a hit with all six dinner guests.
