My last Samsung I had for 7 years, had no issues at all,my new Samsung,,,absolutely amazing!!!!great picture,great sound and big,, thank you.

The media could not be loaded.  The TV was defective from the start, the defects just started appearing late.But neither Samsung nor the seller nor Amazon wanted to take any responsibility.After 3 weeks of being sent from one representative to another got nothing in the end.Utterly useless bunch.If I spent the same time on overtime instead of having to fight with corrupted Amazon and Samsung and the seller, I would have enough to buy a New TV.Advice - DO NOT BuY FROM THIS SELLER, also be careful with AMAZON in general,ALWAYS Insure Your electronics with an independent company, ALWAYS.I will not make the same mistake ever again.Not a complete waste of time, as I learned not to trust AMAZON or The sellers.

Ordered this 70”tv and came 2 weeks ago and is absolutely amazing and was delivered on time thanks to the delivery guys for that,would highly recommend this item from these people

We bought this Samsung QLED TV.It has a terrible backlight bleed problem that completely ruins the viewing experience - see attached photo where the image from the Apollo 11 documentary was supposed to have a pure black background.Samsung were willing to send engineers to try and fix it on six separate occasions but they were unable to do so: attempts to replace the screen only resulted in the backlight bleed emanating from a different part of the frame. The engineers even said that this issue is just the nature of these sorts of televisions.Despite Samsung acknowledging there is a fault with the product by sending engineers to try and fix it this many times, and the engineers submitting a report saying the issue cannot be fixed and the only solution is to replace the entire unit, Samsung are nevertheless still currently refusing to replace the product.Based on our experience, I urge others not to buy Samsung QLED televisions.We are really disappointed with our purchase, especially given the amount of money we spent on it, and furthermore with Samsung's refusal to replace the product with one that does not experience this issue.

This is a huge tv. Good picture with much less motion blur than my 4K 50in Samsung that I bought a few years earlier. The built-in speakers produce a good sound as well. I probably won’t bother with a sound bar for this one. Looks great mounted on the chimney breast wall (too big for the alcove).
