Don't be reaped off.
Why would someone send me with major parts missing? This Lightweight was sent to me in large/double packaging. To secure the item. But meanwhile, with no base. I feel reaped off. It is so mindless!! You don't do this to people.

Half a gift that had been hammered.
Just peacock. Most feathers were not even on peacock connected, or bent, very flimsy. No metal stick to put it in the ground.

Arrived without a pole to put it into the ground and incredibly flimsy. Definitely not worth the money!
