Great headset at a low price
When I started telecommuting, my employer provided me with a Cisco \ Polycomm IP335 phone, but they wouldn't let me take the Plantronics headset home with me, so I was faced with buying my own headset. I debated between dropping over 100 bucks on a Plantronics headset or taking a chance on a much less costly device, and, since Amazon is so good about returns, I decided that saving 70 bucks was worth the risk. And I am pleasantly surprised by this headset. The sound quality is excellent, the microphone is easy to adjust (if someone is complaining about not being able to hear you, move the mic closer to your mouth, and keep it just below your bottom lip), and it just works. The only complaint I have, and the only reason I didn't give five stars, is that the coiled section of the cord is a bit tight and tries to pull the phone off my desk if I move too far. I can live with that.

Very good two-ear headset.
Good headest, very adjustable, good sound quality both incoming and outgoing. The mike boom is jointed metal and stays in place perfectly, but is easy to move if you need to. I'd definitely buy another one of these if I sat on it or something. The office gave me a one-ear headset, but the combination of the pad pressing against my temple and the one ear hearing the customer and one hearing everything else was annoying and tended to give me headaches. This is definitely an improvement. My one tiny gripe, and it's not enough to knock off even half a star for, is that the cord is a little short. About two feet uncoiled, and then a coiled part that stretches to maybe three feet, but it's pretty stiff. I just bought a male/female extension for the RJ9 jack, and that will let me run it around the edge of the desk so it's easier to use.Note that it does NOT have a quick disconnect plug built in, it goes directly into the phone.

Great Value for Price
Be gentle, as the product isnโt that sturdy, but itโs easy to use and definitely gets the job done. Plug it in the jack and go - no software needed. Ear pieces, headband, and mic are all very adjustable - you should be able to get a comfortable fit with just a few tweaks. Not necessarily noise cancelling, but I have no problem hearing the other side of the phone while others in my office are speaking.

Solid product
Works well with a Aastra 6757i. Loses 1 star because the cord is a little too short. Works as well as a old Polycom headset that this replaced.

comfortable at the very least but
Got these for our insurance office...comfortable at the very least but, decided to return both after several complaints of not being heard "sorry, you're breaking up...I can't hear you, etc etc" Before purchasing I did my research and checked to make sure these worked for our specific phones but, not satisfied with quality after losing potential clients over the phone.

Nice and clear sound and decently long cord
These are lightweight and don't squeeze my head. Having the headphones to cover both ears really helps block out room noise and helps me hear customers easier. Nice and clear sound and decently long cord. Perfect for what I need.

Great headset for the money.
Got this for a Polycom VVX410 phone and it works great and those I talk to report that it is crystal clear and there is no echo or feedback, which is what I was getting with the Plantronics headset I was using before.
