Easy to install . Good quality . Love that is swivels

The media could not be loaded.  It's a pretty nice light, and good for the money. It's constructed out of standard old school lamp components, which leads to a few issues. For this type of lamp, that's actually authentic (if you can deal with it).When I received the lamps, one rotated but the other did not. This was for a renovation and they had sat in their boxes for months until the electrician was coming out to install these and other fixtures. When he installed the working one, it also had stopped swinging. We took it down and eventually figured out the problem.It rotates on a threaded IPS pipe connector, not a smooth one. So, when we received them, one had been over-tightened in the factory. When he installed the other one, he probably let the lamp rotate once when he was trying to hang it, and it tightened down and would no longer rotate. I loosened both by unscrewing them, but had to apply more force than I would have liked for fear of breaking it. With the return window having closed, and the electrician already there I figured what the hell.The instructions would be better if this construction were noted (or better yet, have it wrong on a smooth internal connector). It swings on the internal pipe between the lowest vertical dark pipe and the round knob above it (which one loosens to change the angle). There are no external screws that could tighten the joint on which it swings which is what had me confused.In the video, you can see a little play as I "swing" it. You'll have to evaluate whether that's too much for you, but once you position it, it stays steady.I bought it from Banyan Importing who had offered to exchange it, so kudos to them.

I thought from looking at the first pic the inside of the light would be gold but it is all black. It was an easy fix but just be aware that the light is all black.

Unfortunately it took a couple of months before getting around to install these. One of the two lights was defective, but I missed the return window.

For the price, I was expecting something a little more solid. This fixture just isn't worth it. The finish is fair/poor, the adjustability is fair/poor and the overall build quality is sub par. If I had to purchase again, I would look elsewhere. I feel like it is going to break whenever I try and maneuver it into a different position.

I bought this to use near a full body mirror in my master bedroom. I was looking for something with some movement (up and down) and in matte black, this item really worked for it!Easy to install (compared to some other lamps where the wiring won’t fit in the base). Really bright, works with dimmers and smart bulbs too.

Banyon Imports made it right and I am thrilled with the Customer Service they provided!! Rare in these times!

We are using this wall sconce to highlight some artwork in a hallway in our home. The positioning of the light from this fixture is very adjustable and the wall installation was very easy to do. The installation instructions included with the lamp were very easy to follow. We love this lamp and are thinking of getting another one to illuminate some other artwork as well.
