By far the best commercial Cajun Spice, and available at many stores. I use it for anything when it comes to mind. The great thing about this brand is that they don't use much salt at all, you can’t really tell. Same case with this Cajun, you don't have to worry about seasoning. Add the amount of salt you need and then use this spice as much as you want; is not going to increase the saltiness of your food, as a cheaper brand would. Smells great and fresh, looks great, very good flavor. More expensive than others, but totally worth it. You won’t regret it!

This is my favorite Cajun seasoning. I have been using it for 3 or 4 years. It has been harder and harder to find lately. I used to be able to buy it in the local food store. Not anymore. I like the fact it has very little salt in it. Most Cajun Seasoning has too much salt for me. I add a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper to the bottle to make it hotter. That is just my personal preference. I like the taste of all the spices in it. I just prefer it a little hotter. I really only use it on Salmon.

Ordered for my son and they love it at his house. He uses it on his meats, in his sauces and always on his fries.

Great flavor, mildly spicy but if you need additional heat, add cayenne or red pepper flakes. I ordered this one because I don't need the extra salt. So many cajun seasoning have salt as the number one ingredient. I prefer the more spices because I can always add salt if I want more. I have roasted chicken (added cayenne), sauted shrimp and grilled (lower temp) country style pork ribs. Also fried pork chops with added garlic & onion powder. Each came out very good. This is a very good tasting and versatile seasoning.

I’ve been putting this spice on everything. Burgers, chicken, vegetables, fries, soup. It’s not salty at all which i love. It’s also not super spicy unless of course you use a lot of it. My mother in law who thinks black pepper is too spicy can’t stand the smell of this spice especially when I am cooking with it. She starts spraying the house with air freshener. So if you are someone who finds black pepper spicy, do not get this. But if you are someone who can handle mild spice and a lot of flavor , this spice is sooooo worth it

This Cajun Seasoning is the best on the market as most are too salty. This one has just the right amount of salt and is more taste than salt. Highly recommend this. Can be used as a rub, in dips, on meat and veggies!

I bought this because I read online that it is what Five Guys uses on their cajun fries. This is easily the one spice/condiment that goes awesome on anything, especially fries or tater tots. I love this spice mix so much that I can go through a couple of these per month. A jar is about $5 at a local store near me so I just decided it made sense to just get it through amazon since its easier.
