Under ArmourTactical HeatGear Over-The-Calf, 1-Pair

Unfortunately, this is not the same product as the one I had previously ordered. Like others have pointed out, the product has gone from great to poor. My hope is that I already have enough of the old great product in my site spares. I also tried their over the calf soccer sock. They are not the heatgear boot sock I have come to depend upon. I am always amazed when a company has a great product and decides to change it. After going to their website, I noticed that they have a new and improved boot sock that costs twice as much. Sorry, I just would like the old one back. Good luck in your search for sock nirvana. It once lived here.

I have previously purchased these socks and was extremely happy with them. When I reordered I found that the socks had been significantly changed. These are over the calf socks and the upper portion of the socks is now much smaller. The socks are so tight that they cut off circulation in my calves. Not recommented

I’m a Soldier with large calves and it’s hard to find over the calf socks. I used to love Under Armour Tactical socks but when we switched to coyote brown they completely changed the material. Sure, they’re comfortable and soft but they’re not durable. I bought 5 pair and they didn’t even last a full year as the heels wore out. My old tan sand color Under Armour socks lasted 10 years and 2 deployments.

These are nothing like the old ones! Hate them.

I ordered in morning of the 25 arrived 4 Pm 26th, I needed knee high socks for wearing under my new Carbon Fiber Calf to Foot Orthodic's with a 6 inch wide at top to 3 inch wide at bottom shin guard, My legs are skinny , Right calf 16.5 inch . Left calf is 15.5 inch ,it was a bear to get them on left foot , but they fit all the way to my knee. From the bottom of my heel to top of calf is 20 inches , they fit to 19 inches.

These are much smaller and feature noticeable thinner material than the men's Tactical HeatGear Over-the-Calf socks which Under Armour used to sell. It's not clear to me whether this is a product intended for children (which was not mentioned in the original product description) or that Under Armour has downgraded this design. Either way, this is a loss.

Edited 8/31/18I started buying these socks about 3-4 years ago. The first batch was awesome and I still have them to this day. Since then I have purchased replacement socks every year or so. They get smaller and tighter each time. This time I decided to try the XL, hoping it wouldn’t be so tight. My latest order was so tight I could not even get them on my leg. I normally wear men’s 11 1/2 shoes and I’ll don’t have huge calves. I sent my latest order back and will move on to another brand. It really sucks to find a good product and not find any consistency with reorders.Old Review belowI love these socks. If you are not used to over the calf socks you will feel like they are too long at first. I’ve been wearing this style for well over a year and have not had any complaints. When I first ordered them I thought they where calf length but decided to give them a shot. After wearing them a short while I actually prefer these over calf length socks. Also I normally wear them with boots. My feet stay nice a dry over a long workday and the material is comfortable. The first ones I’ve ordered seemed kinda loose, I’ve recently reordered and the new ones seemed a little tight near the top at first. I don’t know if they changed them slightly since I first started wearing them but I still really like the fit and the socks themselves. I hope you’ve found this review helpful.

These socks, specifically (and only) the Foliage Green/White, have done miracles for my husbands feet. While he was in the army, wearing his boots every day all day long, his feet were constantly cracking, bleeding and the skin on his heals would PEEL OFF! He went to doctor after doctor, was prescribed many different medications and ointments and literally nothing helped. UNTIL he found these socks in the PX, his feet were cured by these SOCKS! While in the military he found them easily and when he got out I was in and could easily find them at the BX on base. Once we were both out of the military though we have struggled to find these exact ones. We are so so grateful to have come across them here on amazon and will be buying them often, because now he is a lineman and is constantly in his boots again.A heartfelt thank you to UnderArmor for creating these socks and saving my husbands feet.

I love under armour products,I have spent a small fortune on socks that will stay up and be firm around the foot so there's no slipping.i came across these beauties and it's the best money I have spent excellent quality ,comfortable,and best of all no slipping whatsoever ever .I will be buying more of these .thank-you under armour.

They hurt putting on and was not big enough. I need a size 13 sock and the guide said that it fits size 12-16. Not worth getting a $10 refund seeing that I don't have access to a printer because of the Covid-19 closed my library,It hurts like a compression stocking. Not buying anymore. I am still looking for luxury stockings to save room in my bedroom drawer. I will give UnderArmour a second chance.

Nice pair of socks - thick, comfortable. I am a serious Under Armour fan and supporter, so I am happy for the overall quality of the socks. Unfortunately I was wanting and expecting compression socks - based on my Amazon search that led to these socks.

Excellent socks. It's my 3rd pair. Definitely will buy more in the future. I recommend it hands down.
