At first, my cat was really put off by this fountain, and wouldn't go near it (even though he loves drinking from the sink --silly thing, I'm not sure why he was so freaked out) but after a few days he finally came around and started using it. The fountain works really well, and looks nice and clean. It's easy to set up and clean. It's simple to refill. I love it! Some people complained about it being loud when I read reviews before ordering this, and I live in a very small apartment, but I don't find it loud. I can sometimes hear it a little bit at night but not always. It's a soft running water noise...just trickling water; not like a rushing waterfall or something. Maybe some people have very sensitive ears, but it doesn't bother me! If I do notice the sound of it at night it sounds peaceful, like I have ASMR on :) at any rate, this fountain was definitely worth the price so far!

The noise level is fine, I know a lot of people are complaining about that. They must have very quiet homes. The only noise issue I have is that I keep thinking I left the sink on haha but I don't mind, I didn't expect it to be quiet, it's a fountain. My very skittish cat likes it and I really don't have to fill it up or clean it as much as a water bowl. That's just me I don't agree with most of the bad reviews, to be fair though I have only been running it for a few days so I'll update if something goes wrong. My cat it's very very skittish, he's a rescue, so I'm glad he likes it enough to use it. I give him water from my water filter so the water is filtered before it hits the fountain. I am planning on getting a second cat so we'll see if it hold up. Assembly is very easy and it looks easy to clean.

Love this product. I have 3 cats so I got the 3L grey one. Cats took to it well. This was replacing a much smaller fountain I had that the motor died. With this one I don't have to fill it every day it lasts a few days at least. And another nice thing unlike my last one, this one I can refill without having to take it apart. Just get a cup of water and pour it into the top. Perfect. I have two issues with it though.First, it's louder than they advertise. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's not. Usually it's not. It isn't annoying level, but if it's real quiet and all you hear is that, it bothers me enough.Second, if the valve is fully open, water comes out of the front of the dish. The 3L isn't super deep on the top so it's easy to spill over. So to work around this I have the water flow at it's lower setting. I also have something unter it to catch if water does spill.Overall, great purchase.

It was fairly easier to set up and get going. It works fine so far, I've had it for about a month now. It doesn't seem to make my cats drink more water as most of them don't use it and will drink from the drop feeding water bowl instead. It makes almost no noise which is nice. But it doesn't hold a lot of water so I have to add water to it almost every day for it to run properly. Also, hair gets in the bowl and blocks the intake vent so I have to reach in the water and clear that once a day or so. It works fine and was cheap enough to warrant the purchase but it's not really better than the drop feeding water bowls I was using before. But the water does stay cleaner than the other bowls so that's a plus.

I purchased this a few months ago for my 4 cats (3 kittens). Within a day all 4 of them preferred this fountain to their bowl. The only downside that I've experienced is that the cleaning procedure isn't completely clear. If you own this or decide to purchase it make sure you completely take apart the fountain. There's a clear plastic piece that sits within the tower where mold forms quickly and is nearly impossible to clean unless you figure out that you can disassemble the plastic piece into two. After you learn this the fountain becomes very easy to clean, taking about 10 minutes max (if you're like me and want to make sure every single surface has been washed and rinsed thoroughly). I haven't personally ran into the motor dying issue or water splashing out. Since I have 4 cats I try to fill it about once or twice a day in the morning and then late in the evening (to be clear all of the water doesn't get refilled but it's important that the water stay above the MIN line so that the motor doesn't die).

The URPOWER Pet Fountain is exactly the perfect one for the household. As you guys can see in the photos it's not too big where it takes up a lot of space. Which is great and convenient if you choose to put it in the kitchen or a different room.The fountain is easy to disassemble, making it much more easier to clean it and switch the filters every so often. Just as it is easy to disassemble, it's also easy to assemble back up. When cleaning the fountain, one thing that makes it unique is you can separate every piece. From the bottom tray, to the main reservoir and the motor.The noise level is low. Of course you'll hear a different change in noise if the water level gets low. But normally is just fine. Unlike other water fountains, this one hard the water stream drop in the middle. The media could not be loaded. Hey there, I really do like this model works great for my cats they all love it. I have 6 living with us so I definitely want them to always have access to water. This is not super close to my room so I don’t hear the running water you can lower the pressure so it’s quieter. I personally don’t mind hearing it that way I know it’s full. When I don’t hear it I know the water is low and I need to refill it. So that works for me personally. 🤷🏻‍♀️Cleaning is easy and they even sent a new pair or tweezers and a mini brush for the smaller spots. Money well spent and all of my cats are happy and healthy! Do yourself a favor and buy this lol.I do not get paid for this I just love so many Amazon’s products and most of what I buy is off reviews! Thanks happy shopping 👍🏼

Dog loves it. She didn’t drink much before. Only from the toilet when we weren’t looking. She’ll go over to the bowl several times a day. Hard to clean. Algae forms even though waters running constantly. Had a hard time getting the water flowing after we cleaned it.
