One squirt delivers 2000 units of vitamin D.It feels and tastes like oil but it is very quick and easy to use. It doesn't taste bad to me. It's really easier to take than a pill, especially if you just follow it with a drink of water or anything you like. Vitamin K2 is associated with heart health, and may prevent calcium from building up inside the arteries.I have to take Vitamin D, 5000 units a day, to help control my autoimmune urticaria. If I don't get it, I get hives. Since I've been taking this, my hives have been under control, so I am confident I've been getting the vitamin D that I need. If you have problems with urticaria, I recommend adding it, as it has cut my really bad episodes down considerably.The ADA has a fairly low recommended dosage of Vitamin D. I have taken 5k-10k units a day for years with only good effects from it.

I understand the importance of supplementing D3 into my diet, especially since I know I do not get the sunlight I need. I want the mood-boosting benefits that come from a healthy dose of Vitamin D3, so I have been taking supplements for the past few months. I definitely notice a difference, but I am not crazy about taking pills. Therefore, I was excited to try this spray.It's definitely more expensive than the pills I used to take, but I think it's worth it to pay more for something that really works. This spray doesn't have the best flavor, but it's tolerable, especially when followed up by a spray of water. It seems to work just as well as the pills, and it's nice to change things up. I am not totally sure about the benefits of adding K2, but I don't mind extra nutrients, and it hasn't done me wrong so far! I would recommend giving it a shot if pills don't work well for you. It's a good source of vitamin D3 that is great for those with cloudy climates.
