INNO K Hooks 100-299

I made an investment in Inno bars, pads and a stay rack based on the Inno online guide for my vehicle. Disappointed when I put it together that the solution didn't use the vehicles fixed attached points built into the roof. Contacted Inno to figure out what I did wrong. Shocked at the response! I didn't do anything wrong. Inno just decided for a 5 Series not to use the fixed attachment points. Rather than address the situation Inno Customer Services makes excuses for not using vehicle manufacture attachment points. Quote from Inno Customer Service ..."I apologize however I’m not sure why the standard 5 series doesn’t use the fixed points. The fits are usually done in japan or at least by the Japanese engineers in the states. My best guess is that the fixed points in the standard 5 series didn’t have a match for the fitting we had for fixed point system therefore we had to use the IN-SU system which normally utilizes the door jams."When Inno is asked additional questions they unprofessionally don't respond. With this kind of customer service and fitment look into competitors like Thule that will respond. Based on my experience Inno simply doesn't deserve my business. Poor engineering and abysmal customer service.

This part of one of three that is needed for this rack. I looked up the part numbers I needed on the manufacturers website. I put in on my Toyota Corolla and it wasn't very hard. There are very good directions in each of the three parts. I'm using it to haul a kayak, so I added kayak racks. Not very noisy on the highway. Very sturdy. So far, a great product.

I've used them on two "granny" cars over the course of 10 years, and never once had any kind of incident. Never came loose, even when I had a car accident and a 50 pound boat on top. I just bought a new car, with flush mounts and wish INNO had a fit for those.

I originally purchased a sport rack and that was terrible. I purchased this inno and all the parts and what a difference! I love it.

Instructions might not be the clearest for some of you special snowflakes like me, but once you figure out how easy it actually is to just hook them under your window's weatherstripping (impreza GD with frameless windows) its supper easy, just tighten them down with the bars and stays until they clear the glass and youre good to go, well made product, I would recommend highly. Keep in mid that wind noise for this system can get a bit loud at highway speeds, but its not a big deal or unbearable especially if youre used to having a loud exhaust
