I have had the screen go blank on me - so ill keep an eye and update if there are problems, but honestly I love it! I'm studying MSc Course while working full time at the hospital, having this with me means I can whip it out and work on my studies between patient's and tasks. my three biggest worries when purchasing were, battery life, start up time, and performance speed. It goes beyond my expectations (and computers are central to my job so I like to think I know what I'm talking about), the start up is a tad slow (but I am extremely impatient and it doesn't bother me so it can't be too bad!), once it is on it performs just like my £1200 laptop-it even has features my laptop doesnt like touch screen :) It was a great buy, don't be worried to try! :)

Looks and feels well made. Lovely crisp screen. Biggest problem is the keys are almost impossible to read in overhead lighting.

EXTREMELY Poor Customer Service - Ignoring emails from customers is simply unacceptable!**After 4/5 months, Laptop is completely unusable - Touchpad broken - Laptop seems possessed/loss of control! Very stressful as you can imagine!Initially Annie* from SEDHAK was promptly responding to my messages but after I suggested a reasonable refund figure, she began ignoring my multiple emails (6!) - this will be the third week of ignoring me.I have been extremely patient but now I will have to resort to making a Formal Complaint which I really do not want to have to do!I would just like a reasonable refund so I can buy a new, working laptop from a reputable seller who doesn’t ignore their customer’s emails!

Not tested battery life yet, as only just setup. Touchscreen seems OK, so can use as tablet, or pc. May connect extra keyboard, mouse and to larger screen for office desktop work. Button keys are US layout on laptop, but can toggle keyboard option from Windows. Only comes with USB c power port, leaving single micro usb port for hub to mouse and keyboard. Only comes with single micro USB adapter. Micro sd card reader though fully encapsulated my 128gb micro sd card so can leave in like phone. Other laptop takes full size sd card, which protrudes so can not leave in for transportation. No full size ports or Ethernet port but WiFi. Shame does not come with hdmi port adapter to full size, as does include micro USB to female one. Keys are faint white text on Silver/grey if needing to read them....but seems a good touchscreen notebook for under £400 with Windows 10 included. Also the Sound is much better than I expected.

I like the touch screen, it works so well and the battery lasts so long its amazing

The laptop is a nice looking piece of kit, and the performance was impressive, but I had to return for a refund as the battery life when not on mains power was less than 1 hour.Another slight annoyance was that, when using the trackpad, the cursor would often inexplicably jump to the bottom left of the screen. This was only a minor issue though.

Good but no best, because more problem with software
