Synergy Manufacturing 4034 Multi Purpose Bracket Jeep JK Onboard Air Compressor Bracket 12+ w/ 3.6L Pentastar (Viair & ARB)

Sturdy bracket. It could be slightly longer for longer pups, but I was able to reconfigure my pump mounts and it all lined up. It took me about an hour to mount the bracket in the vehicle. Make sure you mount the pump to the bracket first. Also you are going to have to bend one hard line hose on the engine so be VERY careful not to kink it. Just take your time. You will also need a long 3/8" ratchet extension, and I used a swivel for the 13mm bolts that mount the master. Be VERY careful to not bump the master off the vac res. The only downside is that you have to re-route the van hose to the booster, and the supplied parts "work" but I am going to work on a better solution. In the 15 JK the hose is different than the 11 JK, so I really am not sure you really need to even bother. I will look at it more tomorrow. This is a little more involved to install than I originally expected.

I bought this bracket for mounting an ARB air compressor (CKMA12). This bracket sits lower in the engine bay than other brackets and mounts the air compressor at an angle. The instructions require you to unplug a sensor and a hose and reattach them to a provided joint so you can re-route the hose that would be in the way of your compressor. In addition, the machined holes did not fit the bolts that come with my ARB compressor. I had to widen the holes in order to fit the ARB bolts. I also didn't feel like re-routing the hoses in my Jeep so I modified this bracket by drilling two additional holes so I could mount the ARB compressor in the middle of the bracket (out of the way of the hose). This will not be an option for larger compressors such as Viairs that take up the entire bracket. It was nowhere near the simple install that I expected, but I was pretty satisfied with the end result. Very sturdy bracket.

Mounted perfectly. Not a lot of space in a JKU, small hands will aide in the install.
