UNIONBAYMen's Survivor Iv Relaxed Fit Cargo Pant-Reg and Big and Tall Sizes

Purchased 9 months ago. My husband wears these almost daily and they have worn well. He says they’re soft and 32x32 fits as should. Pockets are disappointing; the large front leg pockets are roomy with Velcro tabs, but the small key pocket on top of it will not hold anything. Keys placed in it pop out upon sitting, as there is no flap attachment. Back pockets will hold a wallet, but he uses the front slide pocket for a more secure wallet holder. The belt buckle is awkward, a double D–ring on canvass belt, which keeps loosening.

These are my favorite pants so far, not as tight and hot as blue jeans and not too dressy. These do seem to run rather large though, the legs are a few inches longer than my same size jeans. Haven't noticed any shrinkage so far even though the label hints that they might. Roomy and comfortable if you like that sort of thing. Oh, sometimes the velcro on the back pocket flaps gets caught on furniture so watch out for that.

I like cargo pants for work, but a lot of them have pockets that are too small. I need leg pockets that can hold my S22 Ultra smartphone. Most of the cargo pants out there will fit the phone width wise but height wise the flap won't close which can cause the phone to fall out of the pocket when sitting or crouching. The quality of these pants is good. I am rough on clothing at work and these hold up very well. I think I have about 12 pairs of various colors in my closet. I used to buy Basic Edition cargo pants and when Kmart went under I couldn't get them anymore. It took a while to find these, but they are a perfect replacement. My only complaint is that the Leaf color looks a lot more like gray than green, wish they had a true olive green colored pant, but that's a very minor issue. Every pair comes with a matching cloth belt. I don't use those belts myself, but it's a nice extra for those that would need them.

They run big! With that said, very cool, and so far tuff!

Those are great cargo pants. Not fancy by any means, but very practical. Pockets roomy enough and places exactly where I want them to be.The only drawback that their lifespan is about 10 months. After that they develop hole along the seam (I must admit: I work from home and those are the only pants I wear). Still, in my opinion, worth buying.

I as hoped for and reasonable price

I like everything. Fits perfectly, the color is great, and the fabric is very comfortable.

Pants fit well, and did not shrink in the wash, but the zipper is not very cooperative. A longer, smoother zipper would make these pants a 'FIVE.'

Zipper cheap always stuck at mid range the res ok.... for this price

Size is real problem making them big problem… disbarred all three pair…

Worn during daily hikes through woods. Not too heavy for summer wear, pockets large enough to be useful (many so-called "cargo pants" fail in this regard), material and construction appear durable but I've only worn them six times. Good enough for me to order another pair.

I've been buying/wearing Union Bay "Relaxed Fit" cargo pants for as I can remember. They fit my body style and are extremely practical for my purposes. I don't like button cargo pockets for obvious reasons that they are difficult to access. Strong durable velcro is the way to go. Also keeping one' wallet in one of the leg cargo pocket as opposed to in one's back pocket is another bonus. Two reasons. One you're not sitting on your wallet thereby creating potential back problems. Two, nobody and I mean nobody else will be able to steal/access your wallet.They are perfect pants for being active and practical. When working they are great since they are comfortable and with all the pockets, no problem keeping "stuff" handy. When walking/hiking around again, all the pockets and the fact they are comfortable, is a complete bonus.I also enjoy the fact that they are 100% cotton which is important since I prefer pure cotton products. Only reason for 4 star is the fact they do not need to supply them with a belt. Never use this type of belt but perhaps some prefer that which is fine. Other than that, I will continue to buy this product for as long as they are available.
