Circulon81401 14" Helper Handle Hard Anodized Aluminum Skillet, 14 Inch, Oyster Gray

This has now replaced my Racheal Ray 14" pan that after a few years of great service and almost daily use has finally had its last days. The non stick has either burned away or worn off. I have a set of Circulon pans that we picked up at a thrift store a couple of years ago for 10 bucks. They looked well used but in really good shape. Two years later and the non stick , the durability , the heat distribution are still great. They have these ridges in the bottom that separate the cooking oil from whatever I am cooking. Same is true of this 14" beautifully made pan. I do a lot of cooking for my family. four grandchildren, daughter and son in law and my wife and I. This pan is a game changer for me. It cleans so easy and I just need one pan to do it all. I will always look for circulon from now on!!!!

Light yet durable. Heat distributes well and clean up is easy. Nice pan. Wish it had a lid.

I had one of these pans already and decided to get another. It’s heavy and durable and I love the size as I can fit a lot of food in it.

Wish they had pans shaped like this in 10" or 12"- Would definitely but them if they did.

This pan is excellent at providing a larger cooking surface for bacon, pancakes, omelettes, etc. but the metal is extremely thin with a very thin bottom. You have to be VERY careful with heat control or it will overheat and warp. Otherwise, it's working pretty good so far. I'm also not a fan of the ribbed bottom surface. It might help with the anti-stick properties but only creates more fond on the bottom that would otherwise stay with your food. If you want to make gravy, stick with a high quality stainless steel pan that can take a high amount of heat without warping.

This was a replacement skillet for one we had over 20 years. It's the perfect size for multi uses, and it's non stick coating makes clean up a breeze. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Perfect for cooking and clean up. We cook morning eggs and vegetables- the size works well and clean up is a snap. And off to work we go!

The right side of the skillet is banged in, so it’s not circular. The left side stays okay. Apparently it's mishandled during the process of the shipping. Skillet has been used one time for frying fish and it's truly a non-stick . Overall quality of the pan is excellent and well-made like a high class.
