FINALLY ! The perfect heater I’ve been through so many trying to find one that was tall had a cool and hot function, was powerful and also blacked out after a while so the light didn’t annoy me( I was pleasantly surprised by this), this does it all! I’ve sent so many back as they was awful or too small, in one of my pictures you can see the comparison of the "delonghi ceramic heater" this was so small for the same price please get this !! It isn’t silent but not hugely loud, it spins and the remote reaches from a good amount, I’m finally really happy ! Fantastic heater and cooler very well made GET THIS HEATER !

Heats a room so quickly

The black and decker heater fan is amazing heats up quickly its very efficient and heats my bed room up very quickly as its a small room . The remote os easy to use . And you can also use it as a normal fan. The only thing is its main feature is thats its a heater so the normal fan is not great

Fan itself is great, had one second hand from my mum and had to buy a new one because her dog peed on it (which was the reason she gave me hers, actually... He peed on the old old one...)But the remote battery doesn't work. What's the point on putting a battery in the remote already when it doesn't work, now I have to figure out what kind of battery it is and I'll have to buy new ones. Bit annoying if I'm honest.

Initial impressions were mixed, the controls on the top are touch buttons and handle all the functions but don't seem very well designed, initial impressions were sometimes they don't notice they are being pressed and you have to use the remote control instead to turn it on. The heat output in the fan mode was actually very good. However after 5 days, it would not turn on any more either via the touch buttons or the remote control. I tried replacing the fuse in the plug but this did not make it work. It just completely broke down. It did not get mistreated in any way, was in perfect condition just stopped working. Fortunately the amazon returns process was very simple and the refund came through promptly. Given there are lots of other reviews about the unreliability of this product, I assume there is a known fault. This product is not made to the usual black&decker quality, I assume they have licensed their name to another manufacturer.

Heats up room very quick.

Easy to use, warms up well and it's really quite. You wouldn't know it was on if it wasn't for the heat

Love the heater, it works very well but I did missplaced the remote control and was wondering how can I get a new one.
