I have read Doterra does not approve of selling their products on Amazon. How do I know distributors aren't tampering with product?

What is the difference between Doterra's Lemongrass and their just plain Lemon essential oil?

They are completely different plants. Lemons (as we know) are citrus fruits and lemongrass is a type of grass. Some information found online: Lemon and lemongrass oils differ in a few ways as well. Though both types are thought to give you a mental boost, they do so in differing ways. Lemongrass is also used to add shine to hair.
