Dell Computer C3760n Color Laser Printer

This printer is excellent. I had an earlier version for the last 9 years and this one is superior in every way. Prints way fast also.

The Dell C3760N is a great printer when it works. My printer failed after 9 months and I contacted Dell to have it fixed under warranty. However, I was told my warranty had expired on December 30, 2013 approximately 3 months after I had purchased the Printer as NEW from third party Amazon company, Antonline.It turns out that Antonline sold me the printer as NEW, but Antonline had actually purchased the printer on December 31, 2012 so as far a Dell was concerned the one year warranty began when Antonline had originally purchased the Printer on December 31, 2012 not when I purchased is as USED some 8 months later on August 3, 2013.I tried to contact Antonline, but they will not respond. I will not ever use Antonline again and I recommend that others very carefully look at Antotnline before they consider buying from them.I like Dell Color Laser printers, but I strongly recommend you purchase additional warranty protection. because they fail and without additional warranty protection you are out of luck because Dell typically replaces Color laser printers rather than repairing.

I purchased this printer new via Amazon.com. It printed the first two or things I sent to it and they were beautiful. Then I started getting nothing but paper jam error messages from it. Have been able to print only about 10 pages since then. I contacted Dell tech support this morning and was on-line with a service representative for over an hour. Since my unit was still under the original warranty, they are replacing it with a bare bones refurbished unit (I have to transfer the toner, trays, etc from the old one to the new one). The Dell rep told me that this unit is no longer being manufactured by (for?) Dell and has been discontinued so they could not send me a new one.

misleading description made it sound like it was wireless, it is NOT unless you find and purchase some kind of adapter that was not offered with it. having to use it with USB cable and not available via WiFi to our other computers and phones. It also is NOT a duplex printer, can only print one sided copies. Otherwise, the print quality is good.

Fantastic printer for the price. After some calibration (the reds were too saturated) I am getting great photos, diagrams and text. Combined with glossy laser paper and this is a great way to print out PDFs.

Best printer I ever owned. Many people complain that it is not wireless, but it is, you just need the adapter for it. Bought in 2015 and never had any issues with it.

I wanted a wireless printer and this printer is not a wireless and should not be advertised as such. Instead of being called wireless, it should be promoted as, "This printer can be made wireless if you are willing to spend more money". I'm mostly upset with Dell for trying to take advantage of their customers, instead of the seller.

Extremely satisfied! Fastest speed with excellent colors, I would not want more for this price. This is what I would recommend to all others who are looking for color laser printer under $500.
