Pretty, but uncertain durability
The beads are pretty - sort of a cross between polished wood and tiger's eye - and they look nice on my wrist. I have skinny wrists for a man, and the amount of elastic in the bracelet could be problematic for a man trying to get this on over a large hand and wrist. Better for us slim-wristed folks, male or female. I think this would also be a nice addition to any teen's accessorizing. My one and only complaint is that the elastic band on which the beads are strung, is quite thin, and thus I assume it could break easily if too much pressure or tension were applied. Hopefully I won't have to find that out.
