One United Leave-In Conditioner – Heat Protectant & Detangler Spray

I initially bought this item as a leave-in hair conditioner for my beard. While I didn't notice much of a difference with my beard, as my beard hair is very stiff and wiry, I did find that it works well to hold my hair in place. As a result, I have chosen to keep using it as a light hair gel. It does not, of course, provide as firm of a hold as high hold hair gels. But it isn't designed to, and frankly, it works just as well, if not better, than some light or even medium hold hair gels and pomades. And this stuff is good for your hair and is cheaper per use. It does not make my hair greasy, but my hair does not tend to get greasy anyway. It makes my hair feel great. It smells good and feels light. Overall, i am very pleased with this leave-in conditioner. It does what it advertises and then some.

Helps detangle my hair and leaves it shinier and healthier looking. I have fine, color treated hair, so it's important that I protect it from damage. This product really helps. You can spray it directly on damp or completely dry hair, or spray in on your hand and apply that way. It's great if you've been wearing a hat or not shampooing that day. It allows you to restyle hair.

Very true to what other reviewers said!! I have frizzy thin hair which gets weighed down soooo easily and on my first use I had a very smooth blow out. My hair felt soft and smooth but not heavy at all! I did not notice any issue with fragrance. Good stuff!!

This is my go to out of the shower. I have tried a ton of different brands and products but I keep coming back to this one! I use it on my naturally curly hair or when I dry it straight. It helps with detangling and with heat protection.

I love this . I’m on my 4th bottle. I also used the pureology color fanatic and many other leave ins . This is by far the best . I get highlights every 8 weeks and my hair length is past my bra straps and I attribute the healthy length to this product. I use it on damp hair and daily on the lower part of my hair . It smells amazing and isn’t heavy at all. I also treat my ends with a good hair oil. If I want curls or a blow out look i apply it at night and use one of those curlers that you wrap your hair around. In the morning my hair has amazing volume and great curls.

I have fine/thin hair so finding a leave in conditioner that doesn't weigh down my hair is important to me. I had been using Pureology Color Fanatic Heat Protectant Leave-In Conditioner (also a splurge) based on the recommendation of a YouTube hair stylist I follow. I think both products are fairly similar in results for me. Neither way down my hair. Both help with softening my dry ends and adding shine. If the Pureology is less expensive per ounce it might be the one I go back to when I finish the Redken One United product but they are very similar. I think the Pureology product might be slightly more moisturizing than this one so for someone with no color or heat styling damage to their ends this product is probably perfect. I highlight my hair, blow dry each time I wash and curl my hair each time I wash & dry so my ends always need a little love. Good product! Better than the drugstore leave in conditioners I have tried over the years so for me it's worth the splurge since a big bottle lasts around a year for me.

My most coveted hair product! I’ve been using this leave in product for years and have loved it. I stopped using it when I finished my last bottle due to the price of ordering a new one and saw a drastic decrease in the shine, frizz and amount of split ends I had. After a fresh chop, I ordered a replacement bottle to keep my hair healthy and strong. It’s the best for protecting your hair from heat if you use hair tools regularly. It’s expensive, but 100% worth the splurge! Save your time and split ends. You won’t regret it.

So I can’t believe I have never written a review or anything for this amazing miracle in a spray bottle that keeps me from losing all of my hair! I have finally run out of my last purchased bottle after SIX YEARS and didn’t even know I had it that long until Amazon told me when my last purchase of it was! I use this on myself after every shower, my daughter, my fiance, I would literally recommend this to anyone who needs a detangling spray with a light but pleasant scent, that also packs a punch without having to use a lot. And no, it does NOT weigh your hair down! I have thin type 1b hair (not the thinnest hair type, but the next over) and this is the only one that I will use, and that is one reason why. Finally ordering another bottle after SIX whole years! If that’s not saying enough about how amazing this product is, I don’t know what would! Redken, please NEVER get rid of this product or change the formula!

This is the best leave in spray I’ve ever used. I tried other brands but kept coming back to this.

Uno de los mejores productos para el cabello que he probado. 😍 Desde que lo uso, dejé de usar acondicionador. Después de lavar el cabello con shampoo, simplemente lo rocío antes de secarlo y listo. El cabello queda súper fácil de desenredar, huele delicioso y además protege del calor del secador.
