Low volume muddy sound.
The sound from my Sony Bravia TV is very quiet and muddy. I've tried all the sound settings and nothing seems to fix it.The sound from my Sony Xperia Xz2 phone is actually pretty good.All in all I'm very disappointed with the sound bar and would not recommend it.

Refurbished item - not made clear
This was purchased as a gift, so I was really disappointed when I received it to find that it was a refurbished unit rather than a brand new one. This wasn’t made clear at all in the listing, which was disappointing as I am a regular Amazon customer and had expected more.That said, the seller processed the return with no hassle or fuss, so I can’t complain in that regard.
