The instructions are very poor and don’t give you a clear instruction on how to fit the tree to the standWhat you need to do is turn the clamps and push the tree into the clamps if only the institutes stated that?????

Spend 3 mins to read the instructions carefully and this becomes both a breeze and highly effective. The water reservoir is great and rarely needs topping up.

What a piece of rubbish , I've been trying for 2 hours now to fit a 210 cm tree , the clamps do not work , I've taken a hammer to them to get them in enough to be able to twist the tree without success , the truck diameter is 10cm .Going in to town tomorrow to get a base with a ratchet lock , don't buy this device .Had to give one star as Amazon don't allow zero star rating

It was not a great product to be honest. To be fair to amazon no quibble on return and refund, but disappointed it didnt work for me. Will look at a branded product next year

Not fit for purpose, wasted a whole evening trying to get my tree to stand in it. Bought it back in September to be organised and now it’s too late to return it so I’m not happy,what a waste of money
