I was imagining this much larger but in retrospect I see the listed dimensions are accurate. This is tiny so be sure you look at the listed product dimensions and determine if that will meet your needs. For me wanting it for lapidary work the majority of them are way too small. Also of note, is that the material is pretty thin and given size and material I'm not sure the're worth the price given that there is no prime shipping available.

Free-form is great but templates make consistent balances

Definitely smaller than I was expecting but that's on me for not noticing the dimensions given. Even if I had, I still would have purchased the product. I like that there's graduating sizes in two forms: a narrower, more pointed oval, and a wider, more egg-shaped oval. The plastic is decently thick so it shouldn't break very easily and it's fairly flexible. I even plan on getting some of the other Jewelry Shape Templates.

NICELY MADE STENCILS. GREAT QUALITY; LOTS OF CHOICES, I got most of them. They ARE for jewelry making, but I only use them for shapes and quirky little critters in an art junk journal, and as doodling & zentangling for consistency. I LOVE "Cool Tools" stencils. Great company to deal with. Good prices; good service; good quality. What more can you ask for in this day and age.

Wish they were a little bigger. But they will work.

I am pleasantly surprised by how well made this template is. The plastic is quite firm and will, I believe, last for a long time.
