LOVE IT. to go facebook and look at the group 3d Sublimation. you can photo panels, metal tumblers in this. make sure you get the shrink wrap and heat tape with this. plus the silcone wrap for the bottles. just one thing, make sure you get Sublimation mugs. Amazon been selling things that are note. you will love this.

I was expec4ing a long and difficult process in setting up and running this unit. I am pleased to share I had it operating within the hour of opening and am loving it! I recommend watching tutorials on youtube. The trickiest part for me is deterring correct heat and time setting for certain substrates. So far I have transferred to wood, tpu and metal. Love it and HIGHLY recommend!

it did not function as expected

it did not heat evenly I wasted much product try to achieve satisfactory results. I have returned the item, and am working with the company for a refund. It does not look good.

Made cheaply

Silicone top piece ripped first use, the top lid comes loose when lifting the top. It does make good coffee cups doing sublimation. Jigsaw puzzles, sometimes it will sublimate, other times it doesn't.

Make sure you have a proper power outlet for this product. Preferably a dedicated circuit.

This machine has been working non stop for 3 weeks with no problem. So far so good with great results! It would be nice to have a Teflon sheet given with this product to prevent image transfers to the vacuum bladder.

So far So good.

Haven't used as much as I anticipated, but I am very satisfied.Satisfied with the accessories that came with it. I will have to buy additional accessories to accommodate the different products I intend working with.

Not worth it

Haven’t made it work, DVD with instructions did not come with package, contacted the seller several time and all I got was links to you tube video that did not explain how to use. Wish I could return it
