The case is nice and easy to install. I have dropped my phone a couple of times and no new damage has presented itself. The only reason I did not give the case a 5 star rating for durability is because one of the small looking metal buttons on the back of the case fell off within 24 hours of having the case. Upon further inspection it appears that the metal buttons are only a fascia piece that is glued on and serve no real purpose other than making the case look odd when one falls off.As for the stylus it can be a little difficult to remove but this also acts as a semi security feature as it makes the stylus difficult to fall out when dropped or accidentally pressed.

Everyone, the first category says "fingerprint reader." I have no idea what this is. Does this mean that one can touch the cover and the keys will respond? I have no idea but gave it five stars as I liked the product, overall. Somehow, I thought this smart phone case included a cover but it doesn't. My older phone had a cover. Let's hope I don't drop my phone and damage it. As for easy to hold, this cover does seem to be easy to hold, and with my big old, dry hands, I need that. And it has a little stand that can be pulled back to prop the phone up if one enjoys watching a video, for instance, while having a meal. Very happy with it, overall.

I love this case! It looks super cool and does everything I need it to! it also sets my phone apart from everyone else's.I did run into one problem with it when I was putting it on: the plastic for the volume button extenders was too long, constantly pushing down the volume on my phone. Thankfully, I was able to get some scissors in there and trim this part back a bit and the case has been wonderful ever since!As long as you have scissors and a couple extra minutes, I highly recommend this case!

It's a good product that does its job of protecting the phone. I only have minor complaints about the product. The side buttons feel a bit awkward because it feels like you have to put on a lot of pressure to properly use the button. Next is the piece that allows you to set your phone upright. It's made of plastic; but the way it's designed makes it kind of problematic to use. You have to pull on the plastic piece, but the corner is so finely edged that it sort of cuts into the finger as you set up the stand.

Keep it simple... This case will protect your phone from life's everyday mishaps. I bought this case for use when it is likely that I will subject my phone to risky but not extreme conditions and it serves me well. I have other cases that I use when more or less protection is required or desired. That said, this product is a very good value at the price point. You could spend more and get less protection. The only thing I wish it had is a cover for the front of the phone but I knew it didn't when I purchased it.

It's not exactly a precise fit for my Note 8. When I initially put this case on my phone the volume buttons didn't work very good. Like it would get stuck and raise the volume to max or no volume at all. I had to slightly lift the case off of my phone in that button area and release for the buttons to work correctly. Otherwise, it is a good phone case and the stand works very well.
