Tempered Glass Lid for Pot & Pans with Vent Hole, 20 cm

Worked well at first, but after each wash in the dishwasher it would hold some dirty water in the space underneath the escutcheon that could not be removed unless the entire knob was removed. Knob didn't stay tight on lid.After 3 years, knob disintegrated, looks like heat damage. Screw is not a standard size, don't know if I'll be able to find a new knob to continue using this. The knob should be made of bakelite or ceramic, not common plastic.

This glass lid measures 12.5 inches and fits my new 12.5 inch Greenpan brand wok perfectly. I use my new Greenpan wok for everything that needs vegetables and meat sautéed and that can be blended into a sauce. The pan was lacking a lid for general use, and this lid fits it perfectly. I wash the lid on the top rack of my dishwasher with a non-chlorine tablet type soap with no problems. I highly recommend this product for all pans that truly measure 12.5 inches.

This is a good lid. Works well on one of my other pans. But I ordered this when I ordered the Gotham Steel 9.5 inch fry pan, because Amazon showed them as "often bought together." This lid DOES NOT fit the Gotham Steel 9.5 inch fry pan. The part of the lid that should fit inside the pan to hold it in place just sits on top of the pan. This is because of the way this fry pan is formed.

This lid was bent from the manufacturer very likely. The company I purchased it from would not refund the shipping so I had them send me a new one for replacement. They sent me a new one and that was also bent. The packaging for shipping seemed undamaged but the product packaging looked as though someone had tried to hide the bend by stapling the cover sleeve over the point of the bend so I can only assertain that the product was bent from the manufacturer. After sending the second one back, I gave up on getting this and the company I purchased from refunded my entire purchase including shipping.

Cheap, poor quality handle components. Lid was perfect size for my pan. I ended up sending it back. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement handle assembly, which they said they sent, but I waited and waited and it never came, which is when I sent it back. The seller would very likely have been easier to deal with, but I just opted to order a different lid, which doesn't fit as well.

I ordered this glass lid as part of a "combo order" that popped up in Amazon. I ordered it with the Gotham Steel 12.5 non-stick titanium frying pan. The lid does not fit properly on the pan. It might work great with other pans, but the pan I ordered with the lid does not mesh well with the lid. It will rest atop the pan but I'm almost afraid to move the pan lest the lid falls off.

I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but I can't sleep at night knowing that anybody out there could get hurt if I could do something about it.We bought this lid for a Swiss Diamond 11" induction pan that did not come with a lid. I loved it at first. It was a perfect fit - it was not leaking steam, it was easy to clean. Then, after maybe 5 uses, my husband was drying the dishes and noticed the knob was jiggly. So he tried to tighten it a little. As soon as he tightened it, just to the point of the knob no longer jiggling, this lid EXPLODED into a million pieces, leaving half attached to the lid and half all over our kitchen, with one piece injuring my husband. Now, my husband is not a 350 lb dude with giant arms with insane amount of strength, so he wouldn't crush this thing by tightening it. This should have never happened had the product been properly tested. I took pictures of the remains of the lid and would share if anyone is interested (Amazon: allow us to attach pictures to the reviews, not just the products).I immediately reached out to the seller and asked for a refund. After threatening me and telling me we "misused the product", I finally did get a refund.I'm sure this is a fine lid if you don't breath on it. Just be warned, that's all.

I had to send back was broken at handle, got second one, it was broken in same place, just got a refund.
