Looks good and seems to hold up nicely. Coverage is significantly reduced when applied over aged asphalt.

Not epoxy as you know it
This is not what I think of when I buy epoxy. This is more like latex house paint. It dries flat, maybe satin at best. Gloss would certainly clean up easier. On the plus side, it does cover pretty well. I painted about 160 square feet with 1 3/4 gallons. I did it in two coats with 1 full gallon used in the first coat. There was a stain of some sort that came through from the floor and even though I waited a day for the second coat, it came through again.I really wanted a gloss epoxy floor. This isn't it.
