This Omega 3 has high levels of EPA & DHA which is important for benefits to the Hippocampus! I haven't found anything better and recommend this product!

It’s a large gel capsule, but it’s soft so it swallows fine.It is NOT burpless. 😬I’m not sure yet if this omega is any better than another yet.

Wild-caught fish provides 720 MG EPA/ 480mg DHA and 10 MG Vitamin E. Haven't noticed any fishy burps when taken around a meal. Serving size is 2 gelcaps- somewhat large in size, especially if you're sensitive to pill size.

I was advised by my dr. to start taking Omega 3 for myself as well as my 13-year-old son. We have been on them for about 2 months now. The first 2 days after taking them I did get an upset stomach but I also did not eat. After that, I always made sure I had something on my stomach or eaten something. They are pretty larger but most Omega pills are. It is recommended to take 2 a day as an adult but I take one (no specific reason). I like the brand and would recommend it.

The burps nasty

I bought the NatureWise Omega 3 Wild Alaskan Fish Oil as a replacement of a much more expensive fish oil product and have not regretted it at all. Fish oil has proven to be an essential supplement for me, this product does the job. I will certainly reorder again.
