Q: Streaks badly and rubs off. Why no return policy?

Exfoliate before applying any self tanning products. I've never had streaks from this product.

Q: I just want to use on back of thighs/butt to hide cellulite (i am very pale). is this a good product for that (wipes) or should i try the mousse??
