Barrington Urban Shuffleboard Table with Scratch-Resistant Playfield and 8-Puck Set

We are so happy with this purchase. It is smaller than some shuffleboards, but fits perfectly in our basement without taking up too much floorspace. We love the industrial look. The wood is high quality and faux concrete looks great and is still really sturdy. Speaking of sturdy....this table IS heavy. It will take 2 strong adults to flip around and assemble. I paid for inside delivery and it it was well worth it. Assembly itself is pretty straight forward, it just takes two people to flip the table over after assembly. This table has some leveling screws which I was pleasantly surprised by. Even so, we have been constantly tweaking the table to get it level....I think because our floor is not level. Overall, I would highly recommend this table for a home game room.

This is the BEST table by far specifically considering price. Significantly thicker poly top coat, like an old ships door that was poured with poly. Much better than the other options which seem to state a thick coating but are sprayed on. Climate adjusters are perfect and easy to access, use and set. I suggest several attempts while the table is getting acclimated to your location. It took a few tries to get just right with play toward the middle. Sand/wax is key. Due to the great top finish, this table will be EXTREMELY FAST, get any wax but plan to purchase some much slower rated wax to use or mix in pending your preference of speed. This is such a great game, fun for all ages. Table is very heavy and requires several people to place it upright once assembled (which is very easy, great instructions). DO NOT LEVERAGE to upright using the legs. They are designed to hold the table up, not tilt it. The weight and angle of tilt will definitely harm the table if not completely lifted and placed down. I suggest at least four people with some strength. It is large and awkward without significant balance and help. LOVE THIS TABLE!!!. Highly recommend. They have a pool table as well. It is a perfect match. The shuffleboard table is significantly better than the pool table. I have both.

I've had this table for a couple of years now. It comes with climatic adjusters so you can get the curve of the table right...except they couldn't. Pucks would slide off too easily because it was convex. No matter how slowly I attempted to adjust it, the screws would end up ripping out of the board before the problem was resolved. I ended up buying adjusters elsewhere that had longer screws and they did a lot better, but the board ended up cracking on me since the screws were longer than the table could support. Overall the crack doesn't really bother me that much and my table plays much better at this point, but it was a lot of hassle to still end up with something imperfect.

This table is sturdy, solid and looks great. It was packaged extremely well however one small leg still had a chip that amazon handled w a partial refund. As many mentioned the item is very heavy, I had to help two delivery men carry the boxes so be prepared for that. You will need at least one other strong adult to turn it right side up once assembled. Balancing the table was easy with the build in controls, just takes some trial and error. It comes with some starter power but it’s not great quality. Once we got the sunglo silicone spray, medium speed powder, and cleaner, this table is top notch and plays great Highly recommended

It's a gorgeous piece of furniture, very modern and sleek. Plays like a dream. I wonder if other reviews claiming there is "warping" realize there are large adjustment knobs underneath the board that allows you to adjust the playing surface, in addition to other screws under the feet that allow you to adjust for any sloping in your floor. This is far nicer than any board i've played on in a bar or lounge, and very inexpensive for the quality.

The last time we were in New Orleans, we stayed at a funky hotel that had a shuffleboard table in the lobby and our family spent tons of time playing and ultimately falling in love with the game. I knew we had to get one for our playroom at home and this one has turned out to be perfect for our needs. I really like the rustic/industrial style, it's sturdiness, and how well it works! While we wish we had room for a full-length table, this 9' one is totally fine and doesn't affect the game at all. The scheduled delivery was easy and the assembly wasn't bad at all. The table essentially comes in two main boxes and the top of the table is definitely heavy. We had to get two other guys to help my husband carry it upstairs. Other than that, it was very easy and manageable to get in and get set up at our house. My only recommendation would be to use a different silicone shake on it than what is given. In our experience, it made the discs go way too fast. We bought some #2 shake and that slowed it down a bit and helped a lot! Overall, we are excited about this great addition to our playroom and look forward to many years of family fun with it.

This table is awesome. Delivery was very easy and right on time. The most difficult part is unpacking the table. Once unpacked assembly takes maybe 20 minutes, just attach the legs to the table and flip it over. You will need 2-3 people to get the box inside and then flip it to the upright position. I wasn't sure if a shorter table would be fun to play on but that shouldn't be a concern. The gameplay is great and we've enjoyed playing as a family and also with adult friends. This is a real bargain at its current price.

This shuffleboard is beautiful. HOWEVER, the top board is warped. So, the middle of the board is higher than the two ends, which means the pucks never stop. Literally. It is impossible to shoot a puck from one end and have it stop on the board; every single one falls off. Who wants to pay $900 to have a board that is impossible to play! Tried calling MD Sports for support and they were unhelpful. Had to fill out a ton of forms on their website, which were all incredibly frustrating. No idea what they are going to do for us or if they will send us another shuffleboard. If you are shopping, beware of how impossible it is to return this! I will update this review if the company comes through and offers to pick up our already-assembled shuffleboard and send us another one.
