Can someone tell me if I can use different vegetables than the ones mentioned in the recipe on the back of the box?

You can use any vegetables you like. I usually use onions. Only drawback is the veggies that get soggy if overcooked. Basically this is a sauce that can be put over rice, or noodles, with or without additional veggies and cubed meat.
