This is my second purchase
Two years ago I purchase two sets of this really nice canisters. They have kept everything super fresh and because they are clear it is easy to see what is in them. I purchased the clear ones with black lids and have them on top of my Black refrigerator. They look great and decorative. I loved them so much that I felt I need more to put other things in them, so I purchased an additional set just recently. Same good quality. I highly recommend this brand and this style. It is so much nicer than my old ones that snapped on the sides and always broke. The top locking mechanism is so great.

Bought these to use in our camper for snack storage.. They really do hold the freshness in and the lids are easy to take off and put back on correctly.. I will be buying another set of these.. Great quality!!

Great storage but definitely not airtight
As a container to portion out food or store ingredients, these work just perfectly. The 3 sizes are great for different applications, I just wish there was 1 more large size included. So maybe get 2 sets instead of 1.As for airtight and longer lasting food/snacks, they definitely extend the shelf life a little bit but it's nothing outstanding. A few snacks I stored in these turned out dry and stale quicker than I expected, so make sure to still enjoy whatever you put inside sooner rather than later. The lids stay on strong though, so no worry about that.They wash easily in a dishwasher and hand washed, although the large container may be a but cumbersome to hand wash.Overall, these are great storage containers but don't expect foods to last significantly longer.
