Must have device
After 03 months of use have found this device a must. Uninterrupted power with out you getting to know. Used for 4 hrs in back up, No issues. Still did not die. Compatible with all 12V modems and devices with 2A Very easy to install. Comes with wire adaptors

Good product with excellent customer service
Excellent product performance and customer service. After using in excessive hot climate during summer in Chennai, my unit failed. On contacting service they arranged a replacement and took back the non-functioning unit for root cause analysis. The replacement unit has been working without any hassles. I get more than 4 to 5 hours of backup for Tplink Gigabit router.

Good product, but doesn't work with Airfiber
The product is good and working completely fine for regular routers. However, I want to mention that this does NOT work for Airfiber routers. Keep that in mind before buying! Otherwise, it provides great backup.

Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased the CuzorLabs Mini UPS and I’m extremely impressed, not only with the product but also with their exceptional customer service. Initially, I faced an issue because I was using a power supply with insufficient current (low Amp rating). The CuzorLabs support team responded quickly and sent me a brand-new power supply at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the issue still wasn’t resolved. What really impressed me was their commitment to solving the problem. Without any hesitation, they sent me a brand-new Mini UPS unit completely free of charge. Throughout the process, their responses were prompt, professional, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. The product itself is excellent and works very well. But what really stands out is the after-sales support. It’s rare to find a company that takes customer satisfaction this seriously. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a reliable Mini UPS backed by top-notch customer service, CuzorLabs is definitely worth considering.

A must buy product.
Wonderful product and the performance is highly appreciated. Battery life is roughly 3-4 hours, the switchover is instant, connectivity is quite simple to a power adaptor but make sure to connect it to minimum 1.5-2A adaptor. Compatibility isn't an issue with less amount of heat generated.

Perfect
Running perfectly ... It's been more than one year... Runs without a single millisecond delay or cut... I didn't encounter a noticable decrease in battery backup... If you are here , don't overthink just buy it !

0 glitch in power cuts
I am having it at home for more than 3 years now and it's worth every rupee. Needed another for work so ordered again!! It stopped working in 2 months so customer support replaced it with a brand new device. Top notch quality product. Highly recommended!!
