I pay a tank cleaner ever 6 weeks to clean my 75gal tank at work. 6 months ago a large catfish died inside a log and was not discovered until the tank was disgusting and they came back out to clean and found him. I had to buy all new tank deco and we could still not get rid of the green slime growing everywhere! Days after they cleaned, the glass would turn green again. This little tool in one take, cleaned all that off and it did not come back!! Very worth the money!! Love it!!

This one has a strong magnet - yet it is easy to move around on the tank walls and does a GREAT job! NEVER again will I waste money on trying others! THIS ONE IS THE BEST!

Works great. Very strong. But check the felt pad and scrubber pad to make sure they are on there correctly. The felt pad on mine had adhesive exposed, which left a huge streaky mess on the side of the tank! Otherwise, great product, and the blue one doesn't scratch acrylic (white one is meant for glass only).

Product is worth the money I will buy it if I had a second saltwater fish tank so far I have no problems on the product in my water he hasn’t raise any of my water levels in bad condition it’s easy to use let’s clean up doesn’t scratch your glass of your fish tank

This product they have labeled for acrylic, but it’s not. It comes with a metal blade and specifically say on package for glass. Unfortunately I trusted seller and opened package quickly without paying much attention and turns out it’s meant for glass. Went to pet store today and found same magnet that has a plastic blade and says for acrylic. Now package is opened and probably can’t return. Waist of $50 because seller can’t write up a accuracy description of product.

I have acrylic 120 tank and I was using glass mag float for years. Well don’t do that. This acrylic mag float is best on market won’t be disappointed! No scratching acrylic, cleans better with extra scraper on it. Love this product will buy again!!

I’ve had a grey mag float, this same size for over 20 years now - & it still works great. The one I just got is not the same quality. In the new one the magnet is weaker, the plastic shell feels much less sturdy, & the felt on the outside magnet doesn’t cover the entire surface (the grey one is losing some of its felt around the edges, but you can see from the pics where it used to cover, & still does some). We got the 2nd one because we built a custom tank with a refugium as the bottom tank. With the new mag float I need to be much more careful using it or it will release, & since the magnet isn’t as strong I’ve had to stick my hand in to the tank to get it to clip back together. Which kind of ruins the point of it floating so you don’t have to reach into the tank. As far as the felt not covering the edges on the outside magnet, we haven’t had much of an issue with it so far - some marks here & there but we have glass & so far they’ve come off easily. I imagine with acrylic it could easily scratch. If need be I figure we can buy some sticky back felt & fix it ourselves.
