Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 64GB, Gold - Unlocked (Renewed)

The iPhone 11 Pro continues to perform very well. The camera takes excellent photos, the screen looks amazing, and the battery life is reliable. Everything runs smoothly, making it a great phone even today.

This phone was a last resort. I had a completely failed experience with another seller’s IPhone 11, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous when ordering this one. The reviews had been 50/50, so I had very little clue what I was going to get. The package arrived a day early, which was nice and unexpected. My phone was put into what seemed like a generic Android phone box, which, I’ll let you know damn near gave me a heart attack when I opened. Inside were a few things. An Amazon renewed card and one other thing I can’t remember- as well as the phone (obviously) and a charger and charging brick. Charger and charging brick are standard but the cable feels pretty nice and the brick is a good size. Standard plastic holder inside. Nothing more, nothing less. No complaints. For the actual phone, it was inside of a plastic zip bag. The bag itself was scratched up so it was difficult to see the phone inside until i took it out. The first thing I did when I took it out was inspect it for damage. I was completely ready to pack it back up and send it back- but I was pleasantly surprised. The phone had very little cosmetic damage, just some scratches on the frame (my case covers it anyways, so it doesn’t matter to me) and literally no screen damage- besides a little scratch on the upper right corner near the bezel. And you have to remember these phones are used, so I didn’t feel a need to dock a star for that, since you can only see the scratch when the screen is off and light is being reflected onto it. Overall, 9.5/10 for cosmetics. Then, the battery. My particular phone came with 80% battery health, which I personally don’t mind. I have the means to be able to get it replaced when the time comes, and to be honest was a relief after my last IPhone 11 from another seller had 100% battery health, just for it to be a non-Apple battery and cause all sorts of problems. Overall, I have no complaints with this phone. It’s in great condition in my book. Mic, speakers, cameras, haptics, everything (as far as I’ve been using it) has been in perfect order. Based on other reviews, whatever phone you get from this seller honestly depends on luck. It’s trivial, and that should never be the case, but if you can, I’d say take the risk. Worse case scenario you return it and get a full refund and try again. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I only buy like new/excellent products. The iPhone 11 Pro 256GB I received from Woot supplier is rated excellent and is truly like new, just what I wanted. It is perfect in every way, like new physically. Electronically, everything I have checked works perfectly so far! This phone replaces the iPhone 11 Pro with only 64 GB, I have had for 2.5 years. It has no issues other than it's memory is getting full and the battery is getting low. Why stay with a 6 year old iPhone11 Pro? I have been satisfied with it and the cost factor is another reason to stay with this old phone. It still accepts Apple updates unlike the iPhone 8 I moved up from in 2022. The 11 Pro is a real good size to hold in my large hand and fingers, not to small with a small keyboard or to large like a small iPad that doesn't fit in your pocket. It's also at a price level I am willing to spend for a phone.

I would like to update this by saying that even though I had some issues with the other phone the seller was in constant touch the whole time any time I had a question. I sent the phone back and they offered me a refund or replacement and I received my replacement today. So far everything seems perfect with this one! When buying refurbished there’s always a chance you can get a phone that has problems but long as you have a great seller they will take care of you. So I got this phone a little over a month ago. It seemed to be in great condition as advertised. I also bought based on the reviews. Lately the battery has been dying so fast, even when it’s just in my pocket and nothing running it just dies. My old iPhone I never charged it until bedtime but this one I’m charging it a couple times throughout the day. Then yesterday the Face ID stopped working. I thought it was the update but it’s not because my iPad got the same update and working just fine. So I’ve been having to reset the Face ID settings and then start over from scratch and then it’ll work for a while and then go right back to not working again. I honestly just want to send this back and get a new one from them. It’s just being stuck without a phone in between. I did pay for excellent condition. I also did the get the right size but I’m used to that part now. Now Face ID will not work at all! I reset all settings and by doing that it took my card off Apple Pay so now I can’t easily log in to any of my apps with Face ID!

I received the phone today and was extremely happy to replace my water damaged iPhone XS witch had mic and FaceTime issues. Once I put my prepaid Verizon SIM card in the new phone, I couldn’t make or receive any calls. I checked my the account and it showed my account was all a sudden suspended. I immediately contacted Verizon customer service and was told my account was suspended because the device was reported lost or stolen by “Asurion” and can’t be used with Verizon. My SIM card no longer works as it’s been also flagged for using it in a stolen phone, so now I’m stuck without a number until I can go and buy and reactive the SIM card on my old phone. The phone came in great condition no flaws that are easily noticeable. Battery’s life cycle was at a 100%, it didn’t come with the authentic “box” or most importantly the authentic fast charger/cable. The SIM card tray on all iPhones will have a small print of the MEID which will match the MEID in the phones menu. My tray had a completely different MEID to what’s on the phones menu. Don’t be fooled with the high ratings. Most of the issues are not even noticeable to the majority. 9/10 of the iPhones sold from this seller is originally Verizon and blacklisted, BUT! Not the type you would easily notice. Verizon iPhones come factory unlocked from Verizon. If a stolen Iphone doesn’t have iCloud and is unlocked, typically this phone wouldn’t work with any of the major carriers that require the MEID to be linked with the SIM card. However many phones that are reported lost/stolen are sold overseas as most countries don’t tie the MEID with SIM card like we do and one can just plug the SIM card and your ready to go. This also applys to some of the prepaid networks that we have available. If you have one of those prepaid accounts you won’t notice that your phone is actually reported stolen and that once you try to switch carriers you’ll be buying a new phone. Plus, Not to mention that, one would buy an iPhone with insurance and sell it without iCloud. The buyer would be happy for a couple of months until the seller decides to claim it’s lost/stolen and receives a new phone while the other get blacklisted, just like what happed to the phone I received.

It was a reasonable price, the phone works well, no issues at all. Camera works fine. Signal is fine. It does have a few scratched on the screen protector.

I never buy a phone anywhere else but Amazon because their phones have some good quality when you order a phone from them they protect it and they send it with some fast charger,

To start, this is one of the best phone I have used! Even though it was a refurbished phone. The quality was 100%. Not a single scratch/dent/marks nor anything. Truly brand new quality. So, I was very impressed when I received the product. The box didn't have the Apple branded cable and cube charger but I am totally ok with that. The metal body gives it a really premium feel on touch, as it is Gorilla Glass back and front with stainless steel frame. The phone is IP68 dust/water resistant but I never try to test it. The display is an Super Retina XDR OLED, HDR10, Dolby Vision with 800 nits (typ), 1200 nits (peak). With such high quality I am still not used to this small 5.8 inches screen. Even though it has 458 ppi density. The Apple A13 Bionic chip makes everything so lightning fast, multi-tasking is a breeze. The 3 front cameras are as follow: 12 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/2.55", 1.4µm, dual pixel PDAF, OIS 12 MP, f/2.0, 52mm (telephoto), 1/3.4", 1.0µm, PDAF, OIS, 2x optical zoom 12 MP, f/2.4, 120˚, 13mm (ultrawide), 1/3.6" Everything makes it look so nice, bright. It is true what they said. iPhone makes taking a nice picture a breeze. It makes sure you can take a quality picture everything you press the button. Without adjusting anything. Just click and that's it. Same with the selfie camera in its quality. Just superb quality! Stereo speakers is really ggood as well. The Li-Ion 3046 mAh battery will last for 2-3 days based on my daily use. Really like the phone, good quality. But definitely over-priced compare to other phones out there in now 2021 market.
