Well i bought 2 for christmas for my kids and one doesnt work at all

This was a Christmas gift for my son. Charged it for three hrs before putting it under the tree. My son got on it almost instantly once he saw it. It worked very well for that first day and he rode it until the low battery sound beeped. He put it on the charger for another three hrs so he could ride the next day. The next day came and the hoverboard never worked again and always had the red battery notification lit. It wouldn’t turn on or anything. First thought that maybe the female and male ends weren’t aligned properly but they always were. So, then we thought “maybe it should charge longer” though the instructions directed otherwise. That too, didn’t work. So, I had to send it back and bought from another brand that we haven’t any issues with so far.

This item worked for 2 days and then would not charge any longer. When I tried to return it, the seller said we had to pay shipping from MA to CA. This is ridiculous. It worked for 2 days and now I have to pay to return it? Do NOT buy anything from this seller CHO Power Sports.

Has worked great. Purchased for Our 10 year old and he loves it. Our 7 year old can ride it too. Good battery life. Sturdy construction.

My 8.5 year old daughter recieved this as a gift for Christmas 2020 and is now zipping through the house all the time! She was scared of it at first! Lol! It is a very sturdy, good quality, hoverboard & the purple chrome is very much her! 💜

I purchased this for my grandsons birthday and he really loved it. He's only been able to play with it for exactly 2 months and it quit working. It won't do anything when you stand on it. It turns on but won't roll. I think the return window should be at least 90 days.

This item didn't come with a charger or a manual. I ended up having to purchase a charger for it separately. Can't seem to find a manual for it on Amazon or online. Very frustrated at this point.

My 9 year old got a hover board for Christmas. She loved it. Then, it was time to charge it. The charger that came with it, does not work. Trying to get a claim to the warranty company…still trying. I bought a new charger. I’m hoping this fixes the problem. If it’s the battery, I’m gonna be upset. All while listening to Dad, when can I ride my Hoverboard Again. If you Are going to buy one, buy 2. That way when the first one breaks down and you have to wait a month to get it back, you can use the other one. My kid loves the board when it works. But, is sad when you can’t even charge it one time. Expensive Junk!!
