Certain Elements are Fragile
I got this for my 1 year old kitty, who needed an upgrade from her smaller tree.Pros:1. Its a pretty good size overall. My cat particularly loves the soft open bed near the top of the tree. The condos are large enough for her too - she's a tabby/siamese mix, so she's got a long lanky frame but isn't too heavy, at approximately 12 lbs.2. She loves the little ball toy at the top! She likes to lay in that soft bed and play with it.3. Easy to put together, the pieces are labled with corresponding numbers to the instructions to just make sure you're using the proper piece for each segment when putting it together. Many of the pieces look the same but it does matter which you use!4. Ours came with an anchor cable attached near the mid/top of the tree, and the tools needed to anchor it to the wall. If you have particularly rambunctious cats you may want to utilize this, as the tree could potentially topple over due to its weight not being concentrated in the base. I see this as a pro since they include the anchoring supplies, but if you're hoping for a free standing tree and your cats are a little rough with their play this tree may not be for you.Cons:1. The ring hammok is VERY fragile. This was odd, because as my husband and I were putting it together, it felt very sturdy, a firm metal ring creates the structure for the hammok. HOWEVER, the moment my kitty tried to climb into it *SNAP* the ring snapped and the hammok was limp at the side of the tree. For me, this wasn't a huge deal - my husband and I removed it without issue since it wasn't something I thought was absolutely necessary - but if you're looking at this tree and that hammok is very appealing to you/or is a selling point just be aware that even a fairly lightweight cat can easily break it by simply applying some of their body weight to it. Again, she is only maybe 12lbs.Its also possible that we got a defective piece, but I think it's important to note the possibility of this piece failing.2. Some of the platforms are VERY tiny for larger cats - and are less like perches and more like steps. This was mildly disappointing, since I was hoping that more spaces would be available for my kitty to sit, but I do feel like this tree is still a pretty good value.

Perfect for our cats
This "castle" was easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and easy to vacuum the cat hair off of. My 2 cats were hesitant at first but when I placed it in front of a window they were more than happy to occupy it.They spend much more time lounging on their "couch" than mine which is a huge plus for me. Definitely an awesome purchase for our household.

Very nice cat tree very soft
I have large adult cats I wanted something that would be comfortable for them. They love it however the tha little hammock thing is small for them the top tier is also a bit small but they make it work. The actual little condo houses are a good size they fit perfectly well. I did have to use some catnip to get them to go in at first but now they love it. It’s very sturdy I didn’t have to attach to the wall or anything else but my cats are not that active it’s mostly used to rest/ sleep.

Sturdy enough for a large cat but not spaced properly for a large cat.
This was easy to assemble but it took about 30 min to an hour. It is well constructed. I like the size of this cat tree. It is not too tall but it is tall enough to make my cat feel elevated as cats like to be. It doesn't take up too much space in the corner of the room. It also looks nice. This would be an excellent tree for kittens. It is solidly built and even with my large cat jumping on and off I haven't had any worry that it would tip over. My large cat can fit inside the largest box. My big boy even manages to fit himself into the round "basket" which is his favorite place for a nap. What I don't like about this particular tree however, is the configuration of the boxes and platforms. There isn't any room for a cat to climb. From the picture you would think that a cat could climb from box top to box top but they really can't. There isn't enough available space for even a small cat to climb. A kitten would do fine. But the arrangement of the platforms, most of which are worthless for any cat bigger than a kitten, do not allow a cat enough headroom or side to side space to climb to the top. I have to lift my cat onto the upper padded level and then he will curl up on it to bird watch. The very top square is much too small for him and he won't even try to use it. To get down, he makes the long jump to the lower level ledge which is the only one large enough for him to land on. I'm considering removing the small shelves which are worthless anyway. That may give my cat more maneuvering space. As it is, this would be a great tree for kittens. But for an adult cat of any size, I'd look for a different configuration.

Perfect for Large cats too
We’ve had our cat tower for well over a year now and it’s in perfect condition (well despite the cat hair XD) warning the little ball might come off but it takes quite a bit of wear and tear in order for that to happen. Even when it did fall off now my cat can just kick it across the room! It’s a perfect buy and doesn’t take up too much space with the right placement of course and it’s perfect for large cats. I have a big ginger boy who loves to use the “caves” whenever company is over or just to have a dark place to go. And the circle bowl thing attached to the side holds him as well!!

Just perfect
Just perfect! It took me a little bit to put together due to be picture challenged but with a little logical common sense I was able to accomplish the task!!

I have bought many cat trees, and this is great!
I purchased two different cat trees from the same group and both have blown my expectations out of the water. I'm unsure why some are stating that the instructions are difficult, but I found the instructions to be very simple and easy to follow. They even provide quite a few extra screws in case you misplace one.I've purchased cat trees for hundreds of dollars from big retail stores, and yet my cats prefer these two new ones a lot more than they ever preferred the old ones. 10/10 would recommend.

Pricey but cats like it
Cats chewed the dangle ball off in the first hour. Tower is sturdy enough for 15 pound cat to run at with top speed and hit the top platform but the dangle toy suffered the first casualty. Other than that the kitty kids like it.
