The media could not be loaded.  We’ve had this for less than a year didn’t use much. Could never get it to connect to the internet to get the extra songs.Now the base unit won’t power on, it just blinks a light.Searched all over the internet to find a fix with no luck. Best I’ve read is that we have to find a way to get it to the Philippines so someone can bring it to a repair shop. No customer support for the US too.Now we have a $400 plus brick sitting in our living room. Terrible buy and the last time I’ll ever get a magic sing product.Wish there was a negative star system, this product doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Received unit in good packaging. Setup was easy after contacting seller representative. Written instructions has a missing step that could have made me give this review a full 5 star. Overall, it is a very good machine and excellent customer service. Thank you so much to customer service rep Kevin.

Only used it about 5 times and it stopped working. I've always used Magic Sing unfortunately this unit is not as good as the original. Unfortunately the refund period is over or else I would return it, it's a paper weight now.

I know this product is very nice, but the only thing that is to many instruction beforw you can use, can disperate. But I love it.

Not much of a problem setting this up. Just called the phone number provided and they where more than helpful.

Great machine well worth the money

Great item. Had mic delay but after some troubleshooting everything works fine.
